This was a surprising gem we discovered on our cross-country trip. Very clean, a very nicely appointed room, and a friendly staff. Plus, their pet fee was only $15. On the down side, they didn't have an elevator, and we had a lot of bags to haul.

The fur baby loves it! Pet friendly with a fee per pet.There is a smell in the room like mildew, but the room is clean! Water in the shower got nice and warm. No elevator so we had to carry a butt ton of stuff upstairs.Noteworthy details: Pack light or bring your muscles

We booked the essential room with the kitchen. Very nice and comfortable. Bring your own dishes, utensils and pots and pans since they do not provide any. Very nice view from the second floor. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Would highly recommend staying there.Food & drinks: The breakfast was limited, however it was good. It mostly had donuts, pastries, cereal, toast, bagels, coffee and oatmeal. The waffles were great!

excellent service! room was spotless and perfect! spacious room and comfortable beds. smoke free! welcoming reception area. very well maintained. great lighting options in room as well. Bathroom spacious and sanitarily cleaned.

Just moved here. Looking for a house to rent. This was close enough to my job. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. There is a washer and dryer available for guests. I felt safe on the property. It was quiet as well. Great coffee in the morning.Rooms: I had a deluxe king definitely worth it.Safety: I felt safe even coming in at night

We live in Cabot but had to stay here a few weeks ago when a freak storm knocked the power out for most of the town. Our house in particular was out for 5 days. We have dogs and the temps were 100+ so staying in our house wasn't an option. The staff was incredibly helpful, the rooms are nice, and they made an incredibly stressful situation a lot better. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Top tier.

Had an excellent stay. We chose this place because it had an indoor pool. My nephew was getting married, and bubble send-off wasn't until 8 pm. The pool closed at 9 PM. The wedding was about 15 miles away, and there wouldn't have been much time to swim after we got back and into swimsuits, but they were willing to leave it Open an hour longer for my children, as long as they were not loud. That was a major plus!

I normally have great experiences here, but this stay, the AC in my room was very loud when it kicked off. It woke me up every time, and I'm not a light sleeper. I hope they fix this issue as I'm there often.

ZERO STARS!!!!! WORST General Manager & Customer Service I've ever had!!! Booked a room for my sons bday for the indoor pool. The "booking agent" (whos calls are all recorded) booked it for the wrong date, so it looked like we never showed for the reservation but got charged for the room. Called the "booking agent" again to get a room for the correct date. When I called Days Inn in Cabot to get a refund, the GM told me no b/c it was my fault. I asked to speak to their boss but was told they are the boss, nobody is above him & he will not approve the refund. Even tho the phone calls are all recorded & show I'm not the one that made the error, the "booking agent" entered the wrong reservation date. The GM wouldnt help get this error resolved or even point me in the direction on how to get this resolved & to top it off, the GM hung up on me. Worst customer service & communication I've even dealt with. I shouldn't b charged for someone else's error when there's proof it was someone else's error. Save urself the headache & stay anywhere else!!!!

Safe hotel with great service in a safe small town. We stay here every time the manager is friendly and understanding the staff is kind. I've always loved staying here the ac actually works and gets cold. Its not a luxury hotel but the best travel hotel I've stayed at with my pets through the years. I've never been disappointed or dissatisfied here, the only sad thing is that since I'm moving I likely won't come back this way again but I wanted to let others know about this special gem.

I had a great stay at the Days Inn & Suites in Cabot. I stayed in the suite, which includes a full kitchen, sitting area, and full bath. It was clean and very comfortable. I was in town attending a friend's funeral. One of the elderly gentleman who is also here for the funeral was experiencing health issues and the staff of the hotel sprung into action and took great care of him. I cannot thank Melinda, Cherry, Stephanie and Jay enough! Their compassion and concern was greatly appreciated!Dr. Chris Reynolds

Great staff clean and we really loved our stay! If I ever am in Cabot again I’d stay here. I’d love to know if the owners have any other hotels I’d stay at another of theirs. You can tell the management and owners care!

We came here because our pipes froze at home. I don't know if it's the manager or owner who met us at the front desk, but he was amazing. We booked the rooms for our family of 6 and we went to lunch and went and packed our things. When we got back, they said their hot water stopped working because of the crazy weather and offered a refund. We decided to stick it out and saw this person along with others tirelessly work in the bitter cold to fix the water heater. Before we went to bed, it was fixed! There are so many managers and business owners who don't seem to care these days. I was very impressed and if I ever have to stay in a hotel in this area again, this is the one I will choose. Also, rooms are very clean and all the appliances work. Given the circumstances, we are very happy :)

This is the best hotel in Cabot. The people that work there were nice and very helpful. The breakfast is very simple, clean, and kept full. Our room was clean and comfortable for the most part. It appears to have been refreshed over the last few years. The top childproof lock has seen better days and the door was damaged. The bathroom door also had visible cosmetic damage. The AC unit in the room seemed to struggle keeping the room at a cool temp even in Nov. However, it could have been my wife changing the temp at night multiple times as well. AC problem or wife problem?..... ? definitely AC. ? Like I said, best Hotel in Cabot and next time I stay in Cabot I will stay there. The good people working there made all the difference.
