Do not bank here. They will allow someone who has stolen your driver’s license that looks NOTHING like you (confirmed by a detective that saw the footage, while one of the higher ups said “well we can agree to disagree” because she had brown hair ??) to withdrawal money out of your account. Even though I got the money back, my checking account number was on the slip that the person signed, so now my checking account is compromised. Doesnt matter if you’ve reported the card stolen either. I’ve had to set up fraud alerts, freeze my credit with all 3 major credit companies. Someone I talked to on the phone brushed it off because she *probably* didn’t memorize it.

So I go throught the ATM and try to do a withdraw at the prospect location by Krogers and the ATM kept my money. I call the branch first thing this morning and was told I would have to wait till Monday after 3 P.M. this happened on Friday evening. The branch seemed to not be bothered by the ATM not giving me my money.

Do NOT use this banks ATM. We made a withdrawal and did not recieve our cash from the ATM.
Thier machine malfunctions and they will not help you get your money. You have to dispute it with your bank (we use USAA). The bank employee admitted this happens often and this is how the manager told them to handle the issue.

I have been here 3 yrs I do alot of online transactions and when something isn't right I do disputesThey haven't had until recently a fraud detection in place. I went to the bank 2 weeks ago about a charge and woman told me I was a liability to the bank and wouldn't be able to get another debit card. Treating me like I'm the fraudster, I got the charge taken care of on my own but went in yesterday about another one and told that a higher up had to know about it immediately before it can be disputed I have since got another bank and was told this is unheard of to treat a customer like this. Stay away from the unless you are perfect and do no wrong.my new bank also cashed a check immediately that they wouldn't they need tearn how to treat people better they have lame excuses for their behaviorI'm not the problem they are!.

They made me feel like a criminal for trying to deposit my own legit WC check. Scrutinized my check for 15 min. Wanting to see my check stub. I receive the same check every 2 weeks for the same amount for a WC injury. It's legit. The second check, they were acting like it was fake. Would not deposit. Trying to hold it. I deposited the same amount from the same insurance company 2 weeks earlier with no problem at a different location.

I am not from Cabot, I came by First community to do some banking for my brother. Ms. Laura was very kind and courteous. From my experience with Ms. Laura I would recommend this bank to anyone if are looking to open an account. Respectful, kind, and courteous.
