I have been here 3 yrs I do alot of online transactions and when something isn't right I do disputesThey haven't had until recently a fraud detection in place. I went to the bank 2 weeks ago about a charge and woman told me I was a liability to the bank and wouldn't be able to get another debit card. Treating me like I'm the fraudster, I got the charge taken care of on my own but went in yesterday about another one and told that a higher up had to know about it immediately before it can be disputed I have since got another bank and was told this is unheard of to treat a customer like this. Stay away from the unless you are perfect and do no wrong.my new bank also cashed a check immediately that they wouldn't they need tearn how to treat people better they have lame excuses for their behaviorI'm not the problem they are!.

They made me feel like a criminal for trying to deposit my own legit WC check. Scrutinized my check for 15 min. Wanting to see my check stub. I receive the same check every 2 weeks for the same amount for a WC injury. It's legit. The second check, they were acting like it was fake. Would not deposit. Trying to hold it. I deposited the same amount from the same insurance company 2 weeks earlier with no problem at a different location.

I am not from Cabot, I came by First community to do some banking for my brother. Ms. Laura was very kind and courteous. From my experience with Ms. Laura I would recommend this bank to anyone if are looking to open an account. Respectful, kind, and courteous.
