Took my diesel truck in for repairs one morning. They called the same afternoon saying it was done. They did the job very efficiently and extremely reasonable in price. Very professional. The best place in town to take your vehicle. Yes, I will use them again.will use them again.

My car had an oil leak and engine light and i believed i knew what the problem was. I was wrong, Took it to Gring my Gears in Cabot, AR and they diagnosed it the same day. I was nervous at first as the internet told me my issue was probably a dealer only fix. The GMG guys told me not to worry they could take care of it. They were very courteous and professional and fair priced. I was back on the road in no time. I took it back cos I thought there was something wrong with the same issue again. The mechanic came out to my car and explained what was going on and re-checked everything, and found my battery was dying. He was very knowledgeable and assuring. All i can say is i would highly recommend Grind My Gears to my friends and family. I think that says it all. They stay busy so it may be a bit to get on the schedule, but its worth it.

Would not recommend. I took my truck, an '01 Ford Ranger, here for an oil leak. It looked to me as if it was leaking from the rear main seal. The shop called me a few weeks later and informed me that it in fact was not leaking from the rear main seal, but from the transmission, and the transmission needed to be rebuilt. I now see that this was not true as my transmission takes ATF, which is red, but the oil leaking out was black. I was unaware of this at the time and gave them the okay to fix the issue.A few weeks and over $2000 later, I get my truck back. However, it now drives horribly. It won't shift into gear from a stop and the clutch feels mushy. I take it back to them and they bleed the clutch. Problem solved. That is, until the clutch starts to exhibit the same issues again and I just end up bleeding the clutch myself. So, I take it for another drive only to lay under it and realize that it's still leaking oil everywhere. I take it back to them and they say that it's the valve cover, but they won't fix it because the aftermarket supercharger on my truck is in the way of the valve cover and they don't feel comfortable working around it. This is fair enough, but I would have liked for them to come to this conclusion before they replaced the transmission (which was working perfectly fine) and charged me over $2000.The bottom line is that they didn't actually fix my truck (in fact, they gave me back a truck that drove worse than when I initially brought it to them), but still charged me for the unnecessary rebuild of the transmission.Services: General repairs & maintenance

These guys always find the real root of the problem and wont just get you for as much money as possible. 10/10 I do recommend. They get busy so you may have to get an appointment but it's the best of both worlds. Best price paired with best quality of work

I’ve been doing business with grind my gears for awhile now. I can say they are great people, they have always been straight forward with me on what my vehicles needed and have always been great on prices.I can say I trust them 100% with my vehicles. If that’s with either my diesel or gasoline vehicle, they specialize in both. I’ve had everything done from general maintenance to a full engine rebuild.I 100% recommend them for any automotive repair.

I bought a car from them and a man named Jeremy Lee. I was told the radio was the only thing wrong and a few days later found many many more things wrong with it. I was trying to contact them for days and had no response so I left a review on their Facebook page. They answered and said they would buy the car back or fix it, a few days later I found more things wrong and said I would like the car to be bought back and they had changed their mind on both of these things. They said I didn’t show up for an appointment I never made and yelled at me and my mother though the phone. I took down my review in exchange for them fixing my car which they refused to now do. I do not recommend this place. I’ve wasted all my money saved up for a car and now I have no car for college. These men will not do you right. All cars are cash cars bough from Mack’s auto world and are very overpriced.
