Glad I wasted my time to drive all the way up there DURING THE POSTED HOURS!!!! But apparently the garden center doesnt open till 10. Or more like 1030 as the lady exclaimed. All I wanted was a bag of mulch. Just one of the many ways this store completely fails at customer service.

I love this store!!! They helped me fix my toilet. The refrigerator was delivered on time, and I have no complaints.

I believe the original premise to put customers first has gone away. I used to love shopping here. 5, yes FIVE employees were just hanging out at the self checkout. I asked how to check out the boards I had just had cut and one associate literally stood the board up to herself to determine the height. Well of course I KNEW what size I bought but just needed help entering it into the SELF check register. After that I got to my car to see if the hitch I bought would fit, yes, it did but I discovered after opening it, I didn't need the 1/2 pin because it was included. Something one of those 5 could have told me if they were worth what they are getting paid. I promptly went back in to return it. When I asked an associate and they mumbled an answer as to where the return desk was, a CUSTOMER said "that wasn't very descriptive" and kindly showed me where it was. Maybe at least one of the 5 could go onto the retail floor and asked customers if they needed help.

Customer service is non-existent and every employee you hunt down will pawn you off on someone else. If you go to the customer service desk they say they will get someone to come meet you. You will stand there until hades freezes over before anyone shows up. Every employee acts like they hate their job, their life, and particularly you for having the audacity to come to HD while they are on the clock. I have never met more attitudes, snarky comments, and just downright angry workers in my life. You better know exactly what you are going for and know exactly where you can find it because you'll sure not get any help from these people. As someone who grew up in Cabot (over 68 years) never in my wildest dreams would I have ever guessed a business with this type of employees would survive more than six months. It's pathetic.

Literally 2 checkers/associates standing there directing everyone to a self-checkout and this was after they told me I would have to go online to register to get a military discount. Nope! They obviously don’t need my money/business. Bye bye!

Love this store! One problem is the aisle from the front door back is so full of junk that two carts can't pass on it... and it's a huge aisle! It's become a Walmart action alley. Please fix it!!

I am currently at this location and I have had two issues already. All of their power tools are in locked cages which I understand due to theft. I asked the worker if he could get two different drill set out so I could look at the difference since over 60% of the display racks were empty. He asked me which one I wanted and I told him I needed to look at two different ones so I could decide which one I wanted. He informed me that he cannot take them out of the security cage un

Ian, the store manager goes out of his way to serve his customers. I’ve witnessed him helping other customers many times, but this past weekend, I was on the receiving end of his excellent service. After a terrible and rude experience at “the local lumber yard”, Ian went out of his way to guarantee I got the materials order that I needed.

Your customer service sucks. This is why I shop at Lowe’s. Asked 3 times for some one to cut wood for me. Asked nicely twice. They called it in. No one showed. Asked third time and lady got rude and told us someone’s on the way.

Had a light I needed to exchange and didn’t have receipt, the first associate wasn’t very nice and had someone else help me. The sec associate was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and was able to pull my purchase from my card. I was able to exchange same item without any problem. Amanda At Cabot, AR needs a raise. Thank you Amanda
