We like, and more importantly, trust, our tax preparer, JoAnn Craig. We both work out of state, which does not have a state tax, but live in a state that has state income tax. This, along with other anomalies we have in lieu of an easy uncomplicated tax return is why we are satisfied with the experience level of our preparer.
