I hired someone from here to do an on site diagnosis and repair for my camper. They got to me quickly, they were accurate, friendly, and I found the price very affordable. I will definitely use them again for repairs and parts.

I’ve never had a worse experience in any place of business.Where do I start…Upon arrival of our 2023 Vibe, I found 11 discrepancies. Ok fine. I’d done my research, and I knew to expect some things wrong - that’s a Vibe problem, not a Kiko’s problem. But now, it’s up to Kiko’s to honor the warranty, and do the repairs. It took MONTHS for me to get parts even ordered. I visited that store SEVEN times, and called probably 15 times before they even ORDERED the parts I needed. Then, I take the travel trailer in to have repairs done. The mechanics were using my propane to run the heater when I got there, and they acted like they weren’t going to refill my tank. The younger guy got disrespectful, and then Chris (seems to be the only decent one up there) stepped in and had them refill my tank. Then, they forgot to order my outdoor sprayer, which had been leaking. I went back up there so many times, and called so many times, and every time they acted like it was the first time I’d asked them to order that thing. I’m pretty sure the one guy at the service counter was falling asleep while I was talking to him one day I was up there. We also purchased an extended warranty when we bought our Vibe - HUGE MISTAKE. Our extended warranty covered wheels and tires. Well, we blew two tires in Hot Springs on April 28th, 2023. Still within our 1-year of purchasing, we also still had roadside assistance. Ha! Yeah right. They left us stranded on the side of the road - literally never got back to us! Fortunately, another camper pulled over and loaned us a spare tire- since ours only has one spare. So then, I take the two flats to a local tire shop, because even the next day, roadside assistance wasn’t returning our calls. I spent a couple hundred bucks out of pocket for two new tires. I had already gotten ahold of someone at Kiko’s and they told me I’d get reimbursed, because I bought that extended warranty. I have been to that store probably 10 times, made numerous phone calls, and received many text messages from their service department and their managers, and today is December 30th, and I STILL haven’t gotten reimbursed! I went into the store at least 5 times in the first couple months after the tires blew, and they literally admitted to my face that they hadn’t even submitted my claim! The last time I was there, I was introduced to the owner, and she said she’d make sure I was taken care of, but I’ve still seen no action on my warranty claim.I have been SO patient with this place, but I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone.Camping should be fun, but this place is doing a great job of ruining it!

I have had 2 very negative experiences with Kiko’s RV of Cabot. First time I had made an appointment for oil change with coach and generator in advance as I fly out and start vacation from Little Rock. It took 4 business days and several visits to get my RV completed! I thought I’d give them one more chance as I was getting unit winterized. This took 3 business days and several calls and visits! I would highly recommend anyone do business elsewhere!

I have only ever had one experience with this company, they tried to charge me and my brother nearly $200 for a part that we can buy on Amazon for $40. We decided on seeking other options. I don't know them personally, they seemed nice, but they will price gouge.

I once had respect for this business, but that has been stripped away after being mistakenly taken for an idiot by their greed. Went in to consider trading up my RV only to be lied to about the cost of a used unit I was looking at.This type of dishonesty is what drives business away.Make sure to do your own research before visiting this place. Better yet, just go shop other dealers.

I had warranty work done through kiko in mayflower. I didn't buy the camper there so I was apprehensive about getting the work done because you hear horror stories that you will wait forever. it did take two months however they had projects before me and had to wait on the manufacturer to approve the repairs and sending parts.
Aric the service advisor communicated via text every few days. That's unheard of! Thanks Aric for keeping me informed
Justin the Service Tech went way above and beyond to help me. He sealed a section the manufacturer denied that the manufacturer never sealed on the front cap. under warranty. He also helped me on a hitch that was installed wrong by the dealer I bought it from.
overall I have found a honest place to get all of my service needs and possible new camper purchases in the future.......
Thanks Kiko of Mayflower

I bought my wife a new Catalina legacy edition coachmen 2022 brand new off the lot.Used it two weeks , then this happens,(1) the awning lights quit working after the first 10 minutes.(2) Slide out wall looked like it was separating from the unit.(3) slide out seals came off.(4) the rear gas cook stove the gas line was 4 inches to short could use the stove had to borrow one from a friend to use the stove. The shower was not even drain the water after the shower and held water in the aft corner.(5) the bathroom sink connections leaked so bad i had to install the seals myself and they didn’t have any in lines.(6) the awning was missing a release clip to where you can lower the awning to make the rain drain off.(7) the forward storage compartment the trims was coming off, plus the key locks would not even turn.(8) the front door had a large gap at the bottom and the steps were so far out of rig the door was hard to shut.(9. The icebox wouldn’t work half the time, the travel locking device had the wrong hardware installed in it.(9) the floor vent when we turned the heat on it blew out saw dust from the vents and went all over our dinner table and ruined our meal what a joke the factory never Cleaned out theSaw dust from the air vents.(10). The kids room, the screen popped out while traveling down the road.(11) front right gas tank the fittings was leaking so bad it drained my tank I had to remove the fittings and tape it to stop the gas from leaking.(12) THIS IS THE WORSE OF ALL!!I always always drain and flush the gray tank out make sure it’s clean by running water through until I see clean water then I shut down put the toilet freshener in the tank just a gallon of water. We bought the rv in august 2022. Took out for two weeks in nov the only time and found all this out had to wait til winter was over so we can take it to get worked on.NOW the rv was taken to them in February 2023. Sat there for months I called and they said they was waiting on parts . I called the factory they told me they got the work list in march 13th they approved all send back march 16th . They said they shipped the parts. We picked up the rv in august. So make long story short they got some items done the easy items. They didn’t replace the wall only installed weather stripping around to make it look like repairs they didn’t fix my gas hose. They didn’t fix My storage panels until I caught it. Ok HERE is the WORSE PART, I came home opened the drain valve so my wife can cleanAnd the toilet was full of it thur had used the restroom in my rv the stuff filled up my portable potty three times I’m so pissed they even had the balls to use my rvs toilet and not go in the restroom in their shop. I will never take my rv there again . Today Sunday 09/25/2023, we pulled in at deer camp and guess what THE DAMN ICE BOX STILL FREEZES OVER , THE SINK STLL LEAKS, THE WALL THEY COVERED THE GAP WITH STRIPS, THE OUTSIDE GAS GRILL STILL NO REPLACEMENT HOSE , SHOWER STILL NOT FIXED pissed me off they had this rv for 6 damn months and only thing fixed was the freaking door and awning lights. I would not even recommend anyone to go there they need to shut them down

SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Matt screwed me around for 2 weeks and sat on my $500 reservation money..nobody would return calls or give me further info regarding financing....finally took me going up there after not hearing back for a week to get the money back, but took forever because everybody "lost" my paperwork. I wouldn't and will not do business with them ever again.

Brought my RV here for repairs, was told they would have an estimate in 1 week, after calling 8+ times and waiting ~6 weeks, finally got it back. They wouldn’t quote my main issue, just threw out a high number so I wouldn’t get it done. Will never come back, if I can help it.

Did not feel comfortable with 37 point inspection. Our battery cover is missing and no one could go over where the leaks were or what needed to be fixed. I think we just paid to have the RV stored for a month and then sprayed down with the water on our way out. Just because it’s conveniently located doesn’t mean it’s any good. I know RV’rs that will understand what I’m talking about.

Our travel trailer was taken to Kiko's to be repaired due to a leak coming from the shower pan that was probably due to bad manufacturing. There was no communication on what was going on until they were called and they said they were still working on it. Finally after over three months my husband went and picked it up. When he got there the cover on the propane tanks were missing but they did replace it after he questioned them about it. After he got home and inspected it he noticed that the anode rod had been removed out of the hot water tank and an older corroded part was laying by the tank in the hot water tank closet. I would not recommend Kiko's to do any repair on an RV.
