This is quite possibly the worst McDonalds ever and they don’t care. Rude and incompetent staff. Made me pull around and wait for food. I waited 15 minutes. Management is a joke and doesn’t care. Get it together

Unfortunately, table service at this McDonald's is them calling out your name to come get your food. You get your drink empty too. What's the point of table service? Horrible service, Junkie in bathroom shooting up. Couldn't imagine sending my kid to the restroom alone.

Got 2 soft drinks and a hot mocha in drive thru and it took over 15 minutes. The mocha was disgusting. Will never stop at this McDonald's again.

Wish I could give zero! 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns and 2 drinks. Both sandwiches were wrong. We took one back before we realized the 2nd was wrong too. The 2nd one had cheese that I just peeled off and threw in the parking lot rather than take it back. However, I quickly realized they just gave me one already made and it was old. I took one bite and spit it out because it was inedible. The lady taking the money was very nice and helpful. The lady giving the food out was short with us and seemed irritated when we asked for condiments, of which half had some kind of sticky stuff holding it all together. I had stopped going here because of the ridiculous fights amongst the employees at this location where the authorities had to be called. I said I wouldn’t go here again and now I will stick to my original decision and hope for the best for your other customers. This whole mess is just beyond comprehension.

Been living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for almost a decade now and you don't see many rats n roaches. McDonald's is the first place that I've seen roaches in Wisconsin. Years later, different people working there n might be different ones but roaches still there. So limit n closely observed food before consuming! ??

Very quick. The employees communicated very well. And they listened to what we still needed. Despite forgetting our straws. I enjoy that they got our food correct and we have received all of it. Sometimes people forget especially when they are busy or distracted but it's always helpful to be nice while asking or reminding them what is missing. Thank you.

Ordered in the app, it states they close at midnight. Arrive at 11 and no one answers the mic, so I wait in line for the window. The girl was extremely rude and stated she couldn’t help what the app said. Ultimately, they made my food, which was horrible and cold.

Waited for almost 5 minutes for an employee to get out of the handicap stall so I could use the restroom. They apologized, but when my legs don't bend very easily and I can still probably change in the front seat of a small car, they can use the small stall to change and not take up the handicap stall when it's clear someone is outside waiting for that stall in particular .

I literally cannot go to this McDonald’s without having something messed up on every order. When I tell you I want both sandwiches plain, that means both sandwiches plain. Not one plain and one with everything! And I even try to be slow about it and go into detail of what I want and they still mess it up. I don’t know who runs that store but they need to get their stuff straight

Arrived at 8 pm. Doors were locked. 2 teenage kids were SITTING on the food counter on their PHONES!!!! One came to the door and said they were "short staffed," so the lobby was closed, and they just haven't put up the "new lobby hours" sign yet. Several people had arrived to eat inside while I attempted 4 TIMES!!! to call the manager! NEVER ANSWERED!!!!! I had even asked for the NAME of the manager and no one would give me their name.....THE MANAGER WOULD NOT GIVE THEIR NAME OR EVEN SHOW THEIR FACE!!!! This type of customer service should be delt with!! PATHETIC!! So we went across the street to BURGER KING and their workers had NO PROBLEM with telling me their managers name....go figure!!!

I sat in the Drive-Thru line for easily 20 minutes for an order that I paid for online a half hour before. I finally gave up because I had a screaming kid in the car so I went inside and discovered they were so backed up and everybody running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I know you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work at McDonald's but this was ridiculous, and refused to help me get my order because it was a "drive-thru order" and told me that I had to go out there and just sit in that drive-thru again and wait to get my food even though there was no line inside. I was furious and left. I went to another store and came back and the line had moved 2 car lengths in 10 minutes.Pathetic.
