“This place is awesome!! The owners(?) helped me figure out how much ground beef I needed for pieroshki (Russian fried meat pies) for 10 people.
In my head, I had an idea and it was much larger than what they suggested so I asked if they were sure. They had every chance to say that they misspoke and it was the higher number but they doubled down on the lower number.
I was so happy that they were so honest that I bought some extra goodies!!
I live in The Texas Rio Grande Valley just visiting my family. Everytime I come back up I buy my meat from here!!
