The employee hooked up the store's code reader to my SUV, and told me precisely which part needs to be replaced.
This same gentleman helped my find the right part to fix my problem. Specifically, my 2016 FORD EXPLORER needed an oxygen sensor from bunk #2.
Everything is all fixed now.

Gene and Jacob were awesome. They were able to identify an exhaust port gasket from what was left of it (it was shredded). They were also extremely patient. Overall, great customer service.

Would try to order a door handle for my car they sent me the wrong one. They rechecked it and said sorry they gave me my money back and they were about $10 cheaper than AutoZone which was next door. Very helpful place and I will use him again
