HORRIBLE After arriving 15 minutes early for our appointment at noon we're waiting an extra hour just to get our dog and cats shots. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

just to wrap it up in a nut shell, worst place to take your animals. had two labs there, one for over a year and the other for 11 months. both on the quote premier vet contract at 54.00 each per month. two days after payments gets took of 108.00 bucks my wife calls and wants to remove one dog and says she'll see them for appointment on Friday already scheduled for other dog. they said that they will have to talk with there manager first. when I called the next day to confirm fridays appointment they had said they cancelled both pets. Now cancelling one ok, but not honering the other one, bullshit after taking two days earlier 108.00 for both and 25.00 termination fee. Mostly two sets of X-rays done in three months at 200.00 each and totally wrong diagnosi, well that's about as incompetent as one could get. P.S. found new doc and both dogs are better then ever. oh, and if you go there check out the bearded lady they have there.

After visiting another local vet 4 times for a serious issue with my elderly cat, I decided to try Pine Street for a 2nd opinion. Not only did they see her the next day, but they were able to resolve her issue with one visit. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and THOROUGH. The follow-up has been amazing. I can't recommend or thank them enough!

Please find another veterinary clinic for your pets. This clinic is very much overbooked & if you need to see a vet quickly because you have a sick baby they will send you to an animal hospital that will cost you hundreds to have your baby treated.

Wondering if staff changed. The last time we took our dog there was new vet we'd never seen and new tech we'd never seen. No explanation of that and they hurt him very badly during exam in another room where they closed the door where I couldn't see. He cried out loudly in pain but they never explained why. He was in pain day and night for a week. I told them on the phone what happened and that we were very unhappy. After 9 years of using that clinic ( not that vet) I thought they would have given more consideration.

I've dealt with most of the animal clinics around central Arkansas at one point or another in the 10 years that I have lived in this area. By far, the clinic with the most caring, level-headed, understanding, knowledgeable and friendly staff has been Pine Street. I can't imagine taking them anywhere else now.

My furbaby had a very bad rash all over her chest all the way down to her back legs. My baby doesn't like people and doesn't like other animals. The ladies at the front was very very helpful they made sure as soon as I got there we were taken back to the room so my baby didn't stress. Michelle the vet assistant was very kind and friendly to my baby. Even though my baby was very scared and shaking they did their best to comfort her. After testing her skin and trying to figure out what was going on. They gave us the best course of action. The very next day of giving the medicines my baby was almost completely cleared up still had some spots but small. I really liked the follow up call I also received the very next day asking how she was doing. I really liked that and made me feel like they really do care.

Dr. Sam is the best. All the technicians are great. I have a bad back and the tech’s either let me sit in the waiting area or they put a comfortable chair in the room for me. They not even take care of my dog but they take care of me.
