I would not shop at this particular shoe dept. Ive been to other shoe dept stores and they were great. The guy at the front was super rude and on top of that you have to have your original receipt to return anything, pretty normal and that was fine but I had other items on that original receipt and when I asked for the original receipt back in case other items would need to be returned he said he couldn't give it back and said I was just screwed if I needed to return any of the other items.

I love coming here! I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve been happy. The people who work here are very friendly! I had a refund on my second visit and they were nice to me and helpful. I highly recommend this store location.

Shoes galore, some good prices, some....well, they are priced. Be better if they offered more choices in 13 wides and larger.

No one greeted me or tried to help. Both were playing on their phones.
Im also tired of trying to buy my husbanda socks that he really loves and you NEVER have his size any more. Not all men wear 10-13 size shoes and socks. You all just lost a customer!!!!

Bought an 80 pair of steel toe shoes and they lasted me 3 months. Walmart work shoes last longer than that. They weren't sewed together just glued cheaply.

Good clean shop, however I did not appreciate the managers attitude when I told her I didn’t want to give my phone number to her and cut me off saying “no, listen” and continued to talk over me and ignore me. I don’t often write complaints but I don’t appreciate being told to “listen” when I’ve made my mind up about giving a company my phone number. Also maybe tell the sales staff to chill out and stop being so pushy. I don’t want your help I don’t need you to push me in to buying things. It actually does the opposite.

In this store they are very discriminatory, I have stopped going, I do not recommend it at all. Since I arrived they have been following me and just seeing me, just because I am Hispanic, they have a bad attitude.

I have been there twice and both times they were so helpful. I appreciate them taking time to make sure I got what I wanted. When they didn't have a shoe in my size they ordered it online for me. Thank you!

No goodMainly it was the product although the selection was not a wide one. Back to the shoes if the co7ld be called that. Airmax white and blue stitching looked as if the where 2nds and just slipped thought QC really needs job taken .

Everyone was kind and ready to help. Emily helped me find shoes that best fit my needs. She is quite knowledgeable! As someone who works on concrete all day I'm grateful to have found a pair of shoes that will take care of my feet.
