This branch never answers their phone even when there's nobody in drive-through and one customer in the lobby.3 different days I called in a span of 3 to 4 hours and never had my call answer I had to call another branch who actually asssted me.

i have an account at the Cabot, Arkansas Simmons Bank for side jobs that i do, and in 5 years I have never had an unpleasant experience. They are always courteous, helpful and honest. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely frustrating bank! Unless you are just looking for a bank to hold money for you like a piggy bank there "okay" however ANYTHING else other than that extremely frustrating! Nothing ever works properly! I press numbers all day and cant get through the automated phone. To do any of the electronic banking is like pulling teeth. Extremely slow! You will lose money with them because time is money folks! Bizarre hours! No one ever available when you need them! I knew them when the were Metropolitan Bank that used to scam people out of money and they have not gotten any better in all these years. The list goes on and on!

I haven't been with this branch long. I had not set up any alerts yet online, then I received several within a matter of minutes about a deposit I had made earlier that day. This occurred around 6 pm, which the bank was closed. I called customer service the next day and they could not find any reason for the alerts, as they could see I hadn't set up any online. He transferred me to the local branch and I talked with Eric. He looked up my account and discovered exactly what I had explained, no alerts were set up . My concern was possibly a wack. He looked a little more and told me he would call me back the next day with what could possibly happened. He verify my phone number. This occurred on a Tuesday and this is now a Friday. He told me he would call me back the next day. Customer service just isn't what it use to be. I will be closing this account.
