We used southwind storage for about 2 years. During those 2 years, I had to access my items multiple times. Not once did I have any issue? The system was always up and the my items were dry and secure. I would definitely use this business. again. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Emily was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Courtney was also extremely friendly and very helpful. These two ladies went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. If you have storage needs, I highly recommend Southwind Storage.

Truthfully one of the worst experiences of renting a storage unit. Auto pay was set up from the get go, yet it always said I had late payments so I would have to call to adjust it every single month. Their gate only works half the time, so we can’t even get to our stuff. We have since cancelled and I still have received another invoice….
