I was in and out in no time. The fella that checked me in, was knowledgeable and kind. Even offered me a free car wash which helped motivate me to spend the day cleaning the car and getting it looking nice. This is my new oil changing place!!!Thanks to the entire team that worked Valentine’s Day! ?

This was the best customer service I’ve ever received when getting my oil changed. Blake M and Christian T got me in and out quickly and were polite and courteous. Plus I got a free Carwash!! Awesome place! I will definitely be getting future oil changes here

Cabot is the superior location!!! The guys and gals are always so wonderful!! Marty help me today tremendously! I can’t give enough good feedback about this location every time I come there always Top Notch keep up the good work guys!! the price is extremely reasonable as well for the time that I save!!Service: Oil change

Absolutely ridiculous! Somehow this location manages to be even worse than the JFK location. When I arrived the workers inside were arguing over which bay I should pull into. Once I was finally inside and parked, I mentioned that I only needed an oil change and that we have an account on file or if they’re unable to locate the account I have a credit card that we can use. I provided the payment card and the window sticker to the worker. He was very confused about the card and asked me to wait while he searched for his manager Gavin. 10 minutes later, Gavin came back and explained that this location no longer accepts Wex fleet cards. I asked if I could at least have my window sticker back, but they could not find it as it was thrown away somewhere. Oh, well, I will go down the road to Valvoline for an oil change.

Nice employees but unfortunately they only keep 1 bay open out the the 3. It's no longer a 10 minute oil change. It would've saved them a bunch if money if they would have originally built for 1 Bay.Service: Oil change

Went this morning to get the oil changed in my wife’s car, we have used Mobil 1 Synthetic oil in it and my Toyota Tundra since both were new, unfortunately they don’t use Mobil 1. Looks like we will continue to drive to Jacksonville and get our oil changed at Gwatney. It’s sad because we wanted to support a local Cabot Business.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned it’s that things happen sometimes. Life isn’t always perfect. What matters is how people handle things when life throws you a curve ball.Earlier today I had gone to another business that told me that my oil plug or my oil pan had been stripped by the last people that had performed an oil change. Since that was Splash, I called them and asked how they would like to address the issue.I spoke with Shona. She asked me if I could bring the car in so they could take a look at it. I did.From there Shona, Zack, and Brian all let me know that they were going to take a look at the car. They went underneath the car, pulled the old plug, showed it to me that there weren’t any visible issues with it. They also took photos that seemed to indicate that the threads were all intact in the oil pan. All we can figure is that maybe there was a burr in the last oil plug that was causing it to be difficult to remove.I needed an oil change anyway. I was more than willing, insistent even, to pay them for the oil change. They wouldn’t take payment for it and insisted on doing it at no charge to me.Had there been something wrong with the oil pan, they were prepared to submit a claim and take care of me. I get the strong sense that these folks are all honest, kind people who care about doing things the right way.Life happens. They didn’t owe me anything, but took extra steps to take care of me.
