No clue what the deal is but they keep scanning my packages as “delivered” 6-7 hours before the carrier even comes by. Then I find out it was delivered to the wrong house, that or it never shows up or shows up a week late. They need to get their stuff together, cause it’s pretty unacceptable.

Got very bad experience today with the cashier, he slammed the cashier's drawer just because i want to return my prepaid envelop,very rude person he name Chris… hope your manager will improve your attitude… god bless your job

They have not delivered mail in six full business days post office is supposed to be rain sleet snow. Got some snow and they don’t even come out I get it for a couple of days let it clear up but when you’re delivering down the main road today and yesterday you would think you would deliver everybody’s but they just skip the roads and won’t come down the side roads. It’s ridiculous never had the post office not deliver mail because of some snow. Even said they were today when called in so it was a lie .. again now there not delivering the mail and wont answer the phone !!!

The young man with the long Greasy shoulder length hair and black glasses is extremely rude. I've been going there for 10 years I don't know who he is but wait for the next person to come available instead of this jerk.

I made an appointment online to get my passport application submitted. I went in and they were ready to help. Chris took care of my application and was really wonderful. He was polite and made the entire process easy. I can't speak to others' experiences, but mine was great and I really appreciated Chris making the whole process go smoothly.

Some of these agents need training in polite customer service. If you can’t answer questions in a polite tone or correct misunderstandings without immediately defaulting to “snide”, then you should not be allowed to work the front desk.
