Hunter Verbeck was our Verizon representative. Excellent knowledge of product and company. Superior customer service. I require patience in the world of cell phones lol and Hunter had a very pleasant demeaner over the two days and approximately 4 hours he worked with us. I had many questions and each time he politely answered them. Probably could not get a better experience than we had. We appreciate all of his help! Thank you again, Hunter!

Hunter helped us so much ! We are in our 70s and technology is way ahead of us, Hunter was patient and explained everything. He was very friendly and professional ! What an awesome experience !What a great guy ! Verizon !!!!!

I went in to check on my bill. I was waited on by Kristen P. She was very friendly and was concerned.she found several things that could and should be changed. I was a happy camper when I left. Kristen is an excellent asset to this business. She has a good attitude and has the personality needed for this.

Had the best experience at Verizon today with Hunter, if I could give more stars on a review for him - I would! Customer service exceeded expectations and a very smooth transaction. Hunter greeted me immediately when I walked in, was very attentive - but most importantly up-front & honest about my options. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit today - thank you Hunter!

I know that customer service you have to put on a smile and generally focus on your customers concerns but let me tell you that this young ladie Katie did not only help me but went above and beyond for me not only did she risk losing money by spending extra time with the issue we were having but she keep a very positive and professional attitude with me and the with the people at Verizon financial department at one point they redirected her to another department that was not even to the correct one....she had to explain the issue several times and still maintained a great attitude and I am thankful for her and with the whole team and the level of great attitude that she has .....you can't teach that and for that I'm thankful as you guys should be for her being on the team ,can't say the same for the financial department who were to say the least ,apparently not held to the same standards as the rest of the team I call Version.Again KATIE THANKYOU .just for the record I was there from 1130 until almost 300 then I came back and the issue was fixed .Still had a small issue but was resolved thankyou Katie and everyone at team Verizon Cabot.

The staff in this store is very rude, my wife and I went into this store in cabot yesterday to switch our service, and had already got our approval and had a ideal on what we wanted, but sometimes stores can do better deals then what the on the phone customer service reps can do. Boy was I wrong, the red head in store was very rude and we could tell that she really did not want to do business with us, but that was okay we finish up our business with Verizon corporate reps and got three new phones, a reasonable monthly payment, and not to mention we got some really great perks to go with it, I know the store won't care about this rating, but do know you missed out on a great sale for a family of 6. We will keep our business with the corporate Stores instead of the franchise stores.

The local Verizon store has great customer service. The team is professional and helpful in answering questions. I recently was having issues helping my daughter file a insurance claim on her phone, they went above and beyond to help me. Definitely would recommend the Cabot Verizon store.
