“I was very anxious about boarding my cat while I went out of town for over a week due to a death in the family. My cat is my baby, but he is aggressive and does not like anyone other than me. I told the staff he was “spicy” and tended to be more aggressive towards other people and animals. They were reassuring and supportive that they would be able to take care of him and keep him as comfortable as possible. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and was able to schedule during holiday time since I had called a week or two in advance.

After dropping him off, they had difficulty getting him to enter his kennel but were patient and gentle without forcing him. I appreciated how they took a detailed log of his eating habits and routine each day so I knew how he was during his visit. Unfortunately, he was anxious so he did not want to eat, but the staff gave every effort to encourage him and make him feel comfortable and that was very appreciated. Since they had trouble getting him into his kennel, they allowed me to come back to get him out and his face lit up when he saw me. This caring gesture meant a lot and made transitioning him home easier for all. I liked how the apartment-style kennels were clean and well kept, and the cats were separated in their own area away from noise and traffic from other staff and dogs. I know this helped my cat’s anxiety level.

While my cat did not make it easy for them, the staff at All For Pets handled it with grace and patience, and I felt they valued and respected his comfort as well as mine. I recommend All For Pets to anyone who is looking to board their pets somewhere that cares for them as if they were at home.

My cat has gotten more exposure to other people and animals, and has become less aggressive in unfamiliar situations. I look forward to being able to board him here again so he can enjoy himself and interact with the staff. I appreciate being able to have the peace of mind knowing I can leave him and he will be taken care of with loving and gentle care.”
