THE BEST!!! Visiting in Cabot, coming from Albuquerque. Through a series of bureaucratic foul-ups I had to leave home last weekend without my daily doses of Insulin. The scrip did finally make it to my Walgreen's at home, but after I had departed. The amazing ladies at Walgreen's Cabot (at least 5 of them worked on this) were able to find my scrip in the national W database and fill it from stock here in Arkansas. Vacation saved.THANK YOU, Walgreen's Cabot, AR!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced! It's literally an every time thing, not just a one time occurrence. It is nothing for you to wait in line for 20 minutes. Will definitely be finding a different pharmacy. Definitely wouldn't recommend using!

Waiting for a Flu Shot is like pulling teeth. I had an appointment at 1:00p ( I say again-APPOINTMENT at 1:00), I arrived at 12:40. Waited in line over an hour just to check in. How can I make an "Appointment" and still be in line behind people who are getting medication that takes 30 minutes each. They don't even check the line to see who is here with an "Appointment ". Ridiculous...

This Is by far the worst customer service I have ever had or been witness to. I have Tried to stick it through bc I have always used walgreens. But the cabot walgreens Pharmacy is without question the worst of the worst. Rude staff full of excuses of why they can't do their job. Prescriptions never on time. They say come back tonight and we will have it. When I come back that night they say the next day. This is America. The Land of Customer Service. I pay money for things. And just like every other customer my time counts. Despite Covid and being under staffed most places still go above and beyond. I don't know what dug this walgreens in such a hole... But It sucks. I am after trying to give chance to this slow Pharmacy I am finally going to take my business somewhere else.

Unfortunately they have become the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They used to be good and I realize everyone is short handed but this is WELL beyond acceptable. No one bothers to answer phone, drive through is next to impossible to use as its very slow. I waited inside for :30 minutes to find out they didn't bother entering scripts. While In line people started talking about how bad they are and two people said they had been waiting for scripts for days. Go anywhere else I'm done with Walgreens.

There are better options for a pharmacy in Cabot. We are going to stop doing business with any Walgreens just because of this one location. All pharmacy staff are rude including the pharmacist. If you want to get ignored and treated like a child this is the place for you. Do not try to call them they will answer and have a conversation amongst themselves and ultimately hang up on you after you wait on hold for at least 30 minutes.

This has got to be the worst Walgreens I have ever used. The pharmacy drive through always takes way longer than it should. It's a drive through, it shouldn't be slower than going in the store to get your prescriptions. I've never used a location where they always blame the app for prescriptions not getting refilled or ordered when they were supposed to be. The Walgreens in Jacksonville (15 minutes away) doesn't seem to have that problem. Also, they like to not do things like answer a phone because they are "short staffed". I've worked in retail with customers. Even if you are short staffed, you still do your job. This is a pharmacy, not answering phones, is not a good idea. Lastly, this particular Walgreens has a pharmacy tech named Allie (yes, I'm calling you out) who likes to rudely tell customers that they aren't going their job that my money (and the money of many others) pays her to do and answer phone calls. Guess what, Allie. I heard you tell your coworker that you didn't care if you were being rude and I will be contacting the store manager and corporate about you in particular.

This place is the worst for doing prescriptions. They are not friendly or Pleasant to deal with at all. They don't even tell you if they refilled be complete prescription that was transferred to them. my wife ordered 90 day supply and they were only did 30 day. Horrible customer service!!! This was not the first time for them to be Incompetent!!!!'

I always have a good experience here. I appreciate the staff's professionalism, whether I'm at the pharmacy or just the store in general.

Terrible customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star. The worst. The clerk uses the same line every time. We are short handed and it's not quite ready. Prescriptions aren't filled in a timely manner. Get ready to wait 24 hours or longer.

This review Is, particularly for the pharmacy! 0 stars, negative stars, negative stars. If I had time to make 100 fake accounts and post negatives I still would not be satisfied. Refusing to serve a person at the window is atrocious. The other 1 star reviews are on point.
