“Stopped here after traveling for 11 hours. Needed to go to an event in an hour, shower, drop off belongings. Caroline helped us and was so nice! She gave us a walk-in discount. Apparently a large group had just left and staff was quickly flipping rooms. She got us a room super fast and my husband, 18 mo old, and I were able to quickly freshen up. Unfortunately, a family emergency occurred and we had to come back and check out. I didn’t get a chance to explain to Caroline what happened, but know because of her service, we will be back!”
