“I had a bad experience with my cell phone on early Monday morning. I placed my phone on top of my Granddaughter'scar not realizing it. Looking for my phone and couldn't find. When I looked for it, I found it down the street from my home where it had fallen from her car all broken ran over. So I went to the Att store and talked to the sales person. Brought my own phone from Walmart. They couldn't get the phone unlocked. Went and returned that phone for another one, again couldn't get it unlocked. Yesterday I decided to do an upgrade, Pretty was so helpful. She was very patient. Well, that phone wasn't registering as though I didn't pay for. She called the Employee Customer Service and he walked her through step by step until they got the phone working. I don't wanna forget about Jonan I might not be saying or spelling her name right. She and Brettny worked together trying to get the first two phones to work. If all of your employers were like those two young ladies, that store would be excellent.!! They truly take their jobs seriously. Five stars goes out to the both of them. Brettny wasn't going to let me leave that store until she made sure that my phone was working. Thank you Brettny for helping me!!”
