If I could give this ER zero stars I would. The staff are rude and the wait is completely ridiculous! I understand there are multiple people waiting to be seen and people being treated but 3 hours sitting in a waiting room and 2 hours waiting in a room is completely ridiculous in my opinion! I showed up because of complications at 17 weeks pregnant. When I arrived a man was leaving because of his wait. 5 people showed up after I arrived. 3 hours later there were 2 of us left. Everyone else decided to leave and go to another hospital or home. When I asked if it was okay to use the restroom or I needed to wait and give a urine sample the lady at the front desk got an attitude because she had to pause her show to answer my question. If you're in the camden area definitely don't come to OCMC. Find another hospital to go to!

This is by far the worst place to have a baby. My daughter daughter was in labor from Sunday night until Monday night. The room was cluttered and wasn’t clean. The bathroom looked like it had fragments of dead roaches. The only thing positive I can say was the 1st shift nurses were AWESOME and so was the Mrs. Tina Nalls, the 2nd shift nurses never came to introduce themselves. One came in to check her about 7:15pm talking about she’s 9.5, she was there when it was shift change. The Dr was just as bad. She came to see her that morning and they kept texting her that evening and she showed up when she got ready. If she hadn’t been ready to deliver, I would’ve taken her to Little Rock. These workers here suck. They need to gone and just make this an urgent care facility. You’ll die waiting on the doctors and nurses here. Do Better OCMC….. I see why folks sue y’all!!!!!! Trust me I didn’t want to give y’all one star but it’s the only way I can get my review through! ZERO STARS!!!!!

Most of the staff are not true advocates for patients and their needs. They make it impossible to receive the healthcare that you need and pay for. Poor choice for care. Drive the extra 20 min in another direction if you value your life and health.Positives: labor and delivery, ICU, outside providers who complete routine (emphasis on routine) minor joint surgeries.

I have always received excellent care here over the last 44 years. People in this community should be very thankful we have this facility here. Wonderful, caring staff and excellent facilities.

Worst Hospital Ever!!! my mama was pregnant with my brother and the doctor cut to mcuh of his private part off! I feel like it’s to late to sue them , it’s been 3 years

If you can go to Little Rock go. This hospital is the worst for patients. We call it “killer county medical center”. My niece brought her daughter in because she was having trouble breathing and was running a fever. They sent her home. She called and asked what should she do. I told her to take her to Children’s. She left killer county and drove straight to Childrens. They admitted her daughter immediately because she had RSV??.

I went to Ouachita Medical Center with severe chest pains. Was told it was gas and got a prescription for Pepcid AC. Wasn’t able to get to see my doctor for a week but when I walked in the doctors office my heart stopped. I spent 4 days in a coma and had to get a pacemaker.

Labor and delivery was fantastic when I gave birth in Sept 2021.However, today I went for an evaluation and the ER Dr. Named Daniel William A III was very rude. I am in pain and I was very courteous. So, he had no reason for his attitude.

A few months ago my daughter went to this hospital. She went through an appendectomy, but the surgeon could not locate her appendix. The surgeon had her opened over 3 hours looking for her appendix. Not only could he not locate her appendix the first thing he said to me was “that was disaster.” Her scar was horrible. It looked like a dull knife was used. She had to have surgery later in Little Rock. The surgeon in Little Rock removed her appendix and cleaned up the horrible scar.

My sister went in for chest pains. They said it was her stomach. She has been in the hospital with heart problems and is in a breathing machine. Your medical board needs to retrain the staff.

Im sure the 5 stars are people who work at the hospital. How can you send someone home with breathing problems (not giving them anything to help) and they die 3 days later..

I was a bit of a mess when I got there and she mentally held my hand the whole way through. I've also seen Doctor Richardson and she is the exact same way. I came here from another breast Doctor in Beverly Hills who I really loved but her office was not patient friendly. At Bedford Breast Clinic you get someone on the phone right away (which is so important if you are waiting for results etc) and they are fantastic. We are all so lucky to have this incredible center in Los Angeles. Thank you!
