We are only receiving packages 3 days a week in Prescott now. I have a package that needs refrigeration that was sent 2nd day delivery. It did not come in on a delivery day so it is still sitting in Camden. We have the best delivery driver but management needs to do something to fix this issue. I will not use UPS if I have a choice until that changes.

For some strange reason, we are only getting deliveries in Bodcaw, Arkansas two to three days a week out of the Camden center. This is simply ridiculous. I will get notified and it will say out for delivery on Monday but won't be delivered till Tuesday. I asked one of the drivers what the deal was, and they said they only delivered in our area two times a week. Fed Ex comes every day even on Saturday. I'm going to tell my suppliers to quit using UPS. I get orders most every day and this is getting crazy, especially during the Christmas season.

I have had the ABSOLUTE worst experience with having packages delivered from this location of UPS. Recently I was sitting on my front porch during the time indicated that my package was undelivered due to "recipient not available". Blatant lie. I can't even manage to go directly to the hub and personally retrieve my package. Beyond frustrating.

Camden, Arkansas based UPS driver Jay Furlow deserves recognition for going above the call of duty. He has delivered packages to my elderly mother's home from time to time. On more than one occasion the packages have been too heavy for my mother to lift and bring in the home. The first time my mother asked for assistance he was more than happy to help bring it inside for her. Another time a heavy package was delivered, he rang the doorbell, waited for her to answer and asked "where would you like me to place this for you?" I know he's not obligated to do that but it's great to know there are good hard-working people in the workforce. Thank you, Jay Furlow for providing excellent service.

Our UPS driver is amazing! While FedEx will turn around in my yard and rut it up, UPS will take the time to back out of my driveway. Today, UPS took the time to wrap my package to prevent it from getting wet during the thunderstorm. I’d like to give a huge thank you to whomever runs our route!

Continues to deliver packages to my house that are not mine nor does it list my address. Refuses to correct mistakes.Update. They delivered my package containing all of my family’s food for the week to the wrong address. Called to see where it was delivered so that we would have food to eat. Told me they would call me back in an hour. Never called back and never got our food. Avoid Camden UPS at all costs.

Do NOT expect answers from management when your stuff goes whack. Owner, since you answered some posts, I'd like a word with you. I am about to include your location on a legal list of sorts since your drivers are delivering my things to alternate locations and playing dumb. I've lost +$200,000 if we include loss of wages. I'd rather have the driver accountable. Or you since management is no help.
