You ever meet someone that forces you to go all the way back to 3rd grade in IQ , just to be able to have conversation? Well after being lied to and returned the hotspot device that cost 60 bucks, we were charged 50 bucks “ restocking fee” , as the very childlike rep. made remarks of 3rd grade level playground taunts. Needless to say made for a very unpleasant visit . Not the end...! After that we had obvious tampering of our account in not having service and finding our personal hotspot nonexistent. Avoid this place if you expect adult interaction

They had no real help here. Had to wait then finely had to go. The young lady was polite but there was 3 people waiting ahead of me. They need more workers and couldn't even look at phones cause there was no displays anywhere in store.

Courtney was very sweet and knowledgeable about the item I needed, only reason I gave 4 starts and not 5 was because it was a bit of a wait because she was the only rep. At the store that day and there was a lot of customers the day I was there, but over all a good experience and will do business there again.
