“I've had an exemplary experience with FSB for over a year now. The folks at the Carlisle branch are very friendly, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to do business with. I've had various issues arise in the past, they always get resolved quickly. Opening our account was a breeze, and the app is very useful for checking your balance, depositing checks, and sending money to others. I do wish there was a location in Cabot, but otherwise I have no criticism. I love that this branch has an ATM outside because I can make deposits outside of business hours.”
