Hours: The Illinois River Watershed Partnership works to preserve and restore the river by working to implement best management practices near its tributaries and streams. IRWP focuses on education and outreach with hopes to install as many conservation and restoration practices as possible throughout the watershed region. A watershed is a region of land whose waters flow/drain to a common central body of water. Washington and Benton counties, both with a rapidly growing and urbanizing population, benefit greatly from proactive BMP implementation. Help us protect water quality!
