We love Osage House. My daughter’s wedding was beautiful there. We used the Chapel and the big reception building. It was well worth the cost. The staff was great to work with and helpful to us.

I recently photographed my first wedding at the Osage House. It is such a beautiful venue that offers so many options to capture one of a kind images both indoors and outdoors. It's not often that I show up to a wedding venue that offers not only spacious getting ready areas for both the men and women but so many great shooting locations no matter the time of day. If you're looking for a venue that offers a sophisticated vibe in a rustic setting this is the one.

A very dated hotel. Staff was mostly friendly. Halls and rooms are very dark and depressing. Cave like. Low ceilings. Rooms had a slight off odor. Bedding was older, sheets and pillow cases were pilly (which bothers my skin). Bed was acceptably comfortable Room was pretty clean. Pool was very cloudy (maybe was the bottom?) hot tub was nice. Breakfast was simple, no waffles ( common place now). Only warm food was a bagel from freezer with cheese on it, not worth calories. Cereals, did have fresh fruit and yogurt. There were a variety of muffins and danish, again straight from freezer and boxes. A real negative was that the fitness room doesn't open until 7AM and they would not open earlier, I was told times were strictly enforced! Most people have to be on the road or at work by 8? Very inconvenient!

The staff here was good and the venue was great. Went here for a wedding. The only complaint I have is during the ceremony, it was hot inside.

Osage House is such a beautiful spot to get married. The space allows you to put your own personality and make it yours for the day. The staff is amazing, so helpful and quickly answered all of my questions. Thank you so much Osage House! You made our day special.

As a wedding photographer, I've had the pleasure of working in many venues, but Osage House truly sets itself apart. I recently photographed a wedding here, and the unique charm and beauty of the venue, particularly the Chapel with its all-glass wall nestled amongst the trees, created a magical blend of outdoor and indoor settings. The result was a collection of stunning and memorable photographs.But it's not just the physical beauty of Osage House that makes it stand out. The kindness and professionalism of the team, particularly Kenna, Rebecca, and Lauren, added significantly to the overall experience. They went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally left some of my gear in the bridal suite.Each photograph I took tells a unique part of the wedding story, set against the extraordinary backdrop of this venue. Photographing a wedding at Osage House was such a great experience. The light inside the chapel and the reception hall is perfect. Glass chapels can get a little tricky to shoot in but the one at Osage House is perfectly designed for photography!I also loooove the bridal suite and groom’s room, the way both have been intentionally designed and thought out. And both are huuuge, so many venues have rooms designed for 4-5 people plus vendors but these can easily fit 15-20.Also, as a wedding photographer — it’s pretty cool that they have a designated vendor room. I usually have to leave my expensive gear in less than optimal places but not at Osage House.There is a lot of space, and the ceilings are tall, which makes it feel even bigger and allows for more natural light to come in.Cheers!

When I think of NW Arkansas I think of Walmart, Tyson, JB Hunt and southern hospitality.This venue is perhaps the best venue “currently” in the area. I’ve attended weddings and events here. The thought that went into building this place is astonishing.With that said the Lady that runs the place is on another level when it comes to heartlessness. I’ve seen wedding party’s and entire party’s in tears. I’ve held the hands of multiple families who’ve endured and encounters unpleasant unkindness from the owners and staff. Read you contract.Let’s hope more options are built soon to compete with them so they will understand that you can’t just treat people with disrespect just because you have money or a nice complex. Eventually you have to pay when you treat people disrespectful.Again the place is nice but the owners are rude, disrespectful and they will take advantage of you if everything doesn’t go their way.

We had our reception at The Reserve @ Osage House and it was better than we could have dreamed. The team there is awesome to work with. Professional, friendly, and works with all timelines. Their follow up communication is so on point I never had any worry. The space was awesome on its own but also easy to decorate. Tables, chairs, and restrooms were all in wonderful shape. The get ready rooms are more than spacious for a large bridal party and are very comfortably decorated. Would get married there again! But also awesome for any event needs.

Osage House is a beautiful venue, and the staff there are so nice and easy to work with! They helped us make sure we had the wedding of our dreams.The staff will ensure that engaged couples have all of the information that they need to make any decision about their wedding, from local vendors to setup to details about the wedding process. I highly recommend Osage House!
