We paid for the month (right thing to do), but they were willing to work with us since we weren’t month to month. They did an amazing job getting our unit secured with a new lock! “I have had many storage units across town. Michael & Steven were top notch. Both very knowledgeable and professional walking us thru the process of securing our unit. They provided us the cost of all storage facilities across town and the specials each were running. This service was way beyond expectation and saved us a lot of time running around. Strong point facility is extremely clean and well maintained. They provide large carts for easy off loading and loading as well as 2 large freight elevators. All units are climate controlled. Highly recommend their facility!”
