Have never had a bad experience here. All of their rooms are interesting and much more intricate than I had expected for Cave Springs.

My husband and I went with a couple friends this evening and had an absolute blast! We did the farmhouse room! It was the perfect balance between cozy and creepy, with enough plot twists to keep us excited throughout. The pacing and set up of room was perfect, keeping it engaging. It was tricky but we were able to complete it with just a little help! The man and woman working there were so friendly and told us about the history of the building.

Really amazing experience. Fun clues of multiple varieties. We did The Lost Temple one, and I’d definitely recommend it to all my friends.

Places set, phones down, heart rates up-thinking caps on, goal visualized and away we went!!I believe that the phrase "Money well spent" fails to emphasize the value gained for this entire 60 minute *Adventure*! Escaped OR detained- My husband, my family and I had an all-around Great experience here :)! I feel like we walked away with much more than we went in with.Introspectively: We learned that, unknowingly, we can all over complicate things. It happens, especially in an intensified environment. This creates confusion and can cause the loss of precious time. It's EXCITING to get excited at the possibilities and new angles but when you hit a dead end remember to stop, take a breath and listen. There IS a solution.Life lessons: Enjoy who you are and the joys of those that you go through things with. Take things as they are, use what you have, apply what is given to you and don't add to or take away from the truths. Focusing the importance on the people involved and the main goal at hand make all of the difference. Stepping up and standing back to include everyones abilities are both strengths.Team building: Our team remains a team. I had a great time working together towards a common goal and seeing our family's strengths utilized. I learned we can have a lot of fun together and I realized what to grow from and a few new things about letting go of what isn't needed to focus on the facts right in front of me.OVER ALL REFLECTIONS: Some folks may be all about win or loose and that's okay. These same are extatic to make the best time or they may even be a bit too hard on themselves if they walk away a little bummed if they don't win. But a game is just that, a game. However, I feel like this escape room is built to be a lot more than just a game.It emphasized its own key term. Its mission was to execute the "perfect escape." The Experience Escape Room is a place to step out of the normal and just enjoying being a team, group of friends, colleagues, and family! It afforded me a place where being prefect and "winning"were not a weight. Meeting or beating the quickest run time didn't become a stress to perform or impress. Here, we were given the chance to:Be A force together,Empathize with eachothers situation,Get excited together, Gain perspectiveAlternate leadership and listening,Train in various approachesGaining a respect for eachother IN Applied differences and similarities, I was proud that our team was able to:Co sympathize when discouraged at our shared struggles then become Encouraged at our accomplishments "Together."Problem solving; thinking individually and collectively, for the sake of understanding, appreciating, helping eachother and well, down right enjoying eachothers company; Now, Those ARE my kind of goals.MISSION: ACCOMPLISHEDPERSONAL TAKE: I'd love the opportunity to go again with the same team and see how well we do the second time around. I believe that we will have an even more amazing experience having learned more about ourselves and gleaned fragments of insight at how we are now better able to act together towards new goals.APPRECIATIONS: To my brothers and their wives: Thank you for supporting eachother and for stepping out of the norm to afford us all a new and exciting experience together. We did something that gave us brand new challenges and skills to reflect on and learn from. Thank you for a chance to have fun!To the owners: My, the eclectivity of what minds are at work here? :) My sincere compliments and thanks to you for your creativeness and execution of providing both complex and simple team building objectives through realized immagination. To be able to successfully pair environmental stimulus with visual, mental, tactile, intrapersonally interactive and cognative problem solving opportunities is an ever changing and challenging task. A Job Well done by you all!!Ps. We also appreciated your providing a chair for our neurodivergent friends and respectfully engaging with our team members so that all we

Very fun and awesome experience. This is somewhere you could go back time and time again and it would probably never get old. The staff are super kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place

Our group really enjoyed The Train of Thought. The puzzles were a good mix of simple keys and codes along with higher tech elements. The room was not too difficult and was enjoyable for those of us that are very experienced as well as those of us that were beginners. By far my best experience yet with an escape room in NWA. We will be back for the other rooms.

Had an amazing time!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially booking for an unknown amount of guest. Ended up with 11 and it’s really great they have escape rooms for up to 12. I loved how interactive the room was when we got the clues right, and that made it so awesome. Love that my family was able to bond, work together, and have so much fun!! Looking forward to doing another room in the future

Let me first say we did two rooms in one day. we were greeted with a “ we don’t give participation trophies, no nudges , strict 3 clues. Keep that in mind when you visit this place with family looking to have a good time. ITS NOT FOR YOU! They create a niche for competitive escape room escaping. They let us sit there for 15 minutes unable to solve a puzzle to move on…. 15 minutes what joy or entertainment does that provide? NEITHER! it’s a shame and unfortunate. We were looking for a good time, nothing competitive just some Sunday afternoon fun.

Staff rather annoying. No explanation to the room just rushed out of there by their team. Asked about certain puzzles in the room and was met with confused looks from the staff. The allowed clues were helpful once and when close to solving a puzzle no "nudges" provided. Im not looking for them to solve just a point in the right direction. Definitely not the worst escape room but I wouldn't recommend this place. Take your money elsewhere.

Easy to book! Room wasn’t “homemade.”That’s what earned the 2 stars. They gladly opened the door when the time ran out with huge smiles on their faces knowing they didn’t help us at all succeed.First clue received was very poor and took at least a minute, maybe two, to come in. We received no nudges when there were obvious spots that one could have been given.Older staff member who thought she was giving good customer service was actually really annoying - like that one family member at get togethers that you wish skipped the whole thing altogether.I will not return.

Lots of fun and exceptional staff. Recently booked a team building experience for my employees. I asked Claudette to change their schedule to accommodate 2 teams of players, one team starting before they even opened and let us use their pavilion to serve lunch. They made it happen and my folks had a great time. The only disappointment is that we did not get to see Hutch. I participated in my first room with them about 4 years ago. I did not do another room with them until months later and Hutch remembered my name. Great bunch of people!

I hosted a client here and we chose The Farmhouse. First, I am so appreciative of how accommodating everyone was! I literally had ONE day and ONE time that we could come ... and The Experience Escape Rooms made it happen. Thank you so much for that! None of us had ever done an Escape Room before so we had NO idea what to expect. We got instructions, received 'nudges', had chances to ask for clues - but none of that felt like it made the room easy! We needed the ENTIRE hour (three minutes to spare?). LOL! We really, truly had a BLAST and we all agreed that we would do it all again! Thank you for the experience!! (And I still think the belt on the hook is creepy .... ha!)

We had an amazing time! This truly was an immersive experience. Our group has done quite a few escape rooms and this one was our favorite! We did The Lost Temple and the puzzles were so cool with lots of effects. There were also locks we had never seen before, which were really cool to try.

If you like the clue’s sequential and the story to have a flow to it the Secret Agent room is not for you. Overall the staff was pleasant and the technical aspects worked well. Some hints were misleading which was frustrating. Would probably not recommend that room to our friends.

Our group of 3 had so much fun in the Secret Agent Room. The staff is so great. The whole place is very clean and the decorations were very on point for each type of game. I highly recommend this for date night or family night.
