Staff are wonderful, and they do indeed store your belongings. However, within a 2 year period, rent was raised 4 times more than doubling the price. This was for a small non-climate controlled unit.

You’ll be sorry you chose superior. Started off five years ago paying $72 a month. Within 3 years it was almost $120. They always find a way to charge you more every year. Shop around and save. They are buying up storage facilities all over NWA with their inflated customer gouging rates. Steer clear.

Highly recommend! Courtney is wonderful and it is so pleasant to work with her. We started with one unit. When we needed an additional unit, she looked for units in the same building for us. Service and cleanliness are exceptional. And I love that they provide you a lock with 3 keys!!! Thank you, Courtney!!
