I have found my local H&R Block office to be so friendly and helpful for the past four years that I have lived in arkansas. I have met with Ginger and she is absolutely phenomenal! So friendly and explains things in a way that I can understand them. She is fantastic. I very highly recommend her to any friends, coworkers or family.

Would definitely recommend Jade, she's professional, cares about her clients, answers any and all questions. She walked my daughter through filing her very first return this year step by step explaining every line in her return. I've used her for the last few years and will continue to go to her in the future!

Went in so that I wouldn’t mess up my taxes and Jade ended up messing them up for me! She didn’t claim all my taxes paid in other states (I live in AR but work in MO) and was going to have me pay in over $1000 that I did not owe. Had to do my own research and find out that she did them incorrectly. After I paid her over $400. Not happy. Do not go here. Luckily somebody from a different H&R block office knew her stuff and helped me get them fixed and amended.

Horrible experiences. From issues with past charges not be accounted from to overhearing the employees in the office that they knowingly had issues on multiple tax returns and that it could mean losses of thousands of dollars. Currently the refuse to refund money they said they didn’t take out of our bank account. STAY AWAY!

Ginger and the staff in Centerton. Where amazing! I had a migraine yesterday they were very concerned. Ginger let me drop off my information and I came back today and signed my paper work. They made me feel like I could trust them with it and not worry.
