“We noticed a FB post about a dog that had stayed at the shelter for almost 4 months. The video was great, our hearts melted and we turned in an application. We received a call when our app was approved and traveled up to meet our new best friend. The process was professional and caring! We want to foster when our new addition gets settled in!”

“It was a very difficult choice, but I found my forever kitten at Best Friends in Bentonville. Kittens, cats, dogs, galore! All chipped, neutered or spayed and you’re given food for your newest fur baby before you leave. Very clean facilities and loving volunteers. If the animal and you don’t work out together you can return the animal. Also they’re a no kill facility. Best place in NWA to adopt the newest member(s) of your family.??”

“I usually like Tractor Supplt, but I recently bought some deer corn from them. The corn has pieces of stalk and pieces of cob throughout. Now I know this is not their fault, but I bought 40 Bags. Now I have to either take it back, or somehow work through it and use it. It goes in a feeder, so it will still the feeder and keep the deer from eating. This should never happen!!”

“The experience was immaculate. The customer service was amazing! Not only was the employee, Sterling, wellversed and knowledgeable about the small pets he also had great advice on other animals! He was very patient and helped us pick everything out while explaining what to look for. He was very honest about what would work best for our sweet new baby girl. He also informed us about risks and what to avoid! I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this store!”
