Katy is friendly and very helpful, the ease of renting a unit, and paying for it online is great. The security system that texts you anytime your unit is open is a great feature.

Great price, excellent security, friendly manager. I stopped renting from a nearby facility westbound 1 mile away from Easy Stop Storage after prices tripled over several years, who advertised much lower prices than they charged me. Shockingly unethical at best.
Easy Stop Storage rented me 33% more space & 200% lower price than I was paying, and locked it in for an extended period of time. I’m very happy with my decision to move to Easy Stop Storage.

This place is a Joke and ran by people just there for a easy paycheck, they don't care... I have 2 units that are the exact same I pay 2 different prices one online price and one walk in price so I have tried to get help moving my stuff by renting a unit online to get the same price on both and the lady continued to tell me she will call me back and nothing I called her back weeks later (as i have a life too) and again was told she would call back never did. I have been calling for over 2 weeks, and can't reach anyone but the call center that can't help at this point I'm being told I haven't made a payment in 2 months and I have receipt that show other wise. I at this point am trying to move my stuff out I no longer want to spend my money on a company that don't care. Maybe now I will get some help but I'm not holding my breath...

We recently had a pleasant experience with one of the maintenance team at the centerton location in Arkansas. Katie was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It seems as these type of employees are rare and valuable nowadays.
Nothing but good things to say about the quality and top tier cleanliness of the units and grounds.
We will be long term customers.
