Dirty trucks, rude, and he makes the customers go take pictures of the mileage on the truck you are renting, trash left inside the truck and poor customer service. Be prepared to wait even if you pre-register online. He was ride to every customer in that store today. Will never go back there. Worth paying more money to rent elsewhere. Good luck on keeping customers at this location

Not a good experience. took me an hour or more maybe to get my truck and gentleman on counter was very rude on top of that. he lacked knowledge on how to work on U-Haul system and kept going back to other customer in between working my request to make it worse. finally when asked to finish my request he showed his good side(sarcasm). anyways never going back !!

Nice people. If you're renting a uhaul be prepared to wait a long time. They literally make you scoot to the side everytime someone needs gas or smokes. Either have someone helping or first come, first serve.

U Haul did not inform the location that we would be dropping off a truck and they blocked off the driveway to the drop off area after not informing us this morning the location was closed and we had to wait an hour to get our truck.

First they called and asked if we were getting the trailer at 2, we said no 3, and we got a truck AND a trailer. They had no record of the truck when they called. So we get there at 3pm and they said they had the truck but no trailer at all. We need to go to another store to get the trailer. Like we have time to drive all over town. On top of that, the truck is on empty!!! Stay away from this place. Don’t waste your time.
