They constantly send mail to the wrong address. I can tell all they read is 1570 on the address cuz they always send it to the neighbor around the block

The people and place were both good. I just dropped 3 stars over the headache of the automated voicemail robot bs we have to sit through to ask a simple question. I’d rather eat sand. The survey at the end of the call pertains to the customer service representative and not the overall experience so I’m putting my input here.

These people seriously DO NOT want to work!! everytime I go there, I somehow have to drive to the bentonville store and magically everything gets solved.
DO NOT fall for their scam of tricking you into paying for the most expensive shipping option. Do yourself a favor, go to bentonville usps instead.

Honestly both times I have been here I have received wonderful & kind costumer service. The post master is on top of things and is super helpful & very nice & so very helpful. Genuinely the most pleasant interactions I have ever had with any form of government. Good job centerton post office & thank you

I don’t understand how hard it is for something to be delivered from Kansas City only for it to be left in Little Rock and not delivered on time. I really wish we could choose who delivered our mail because USPS would be dead to me. #defundusps

I went in today right before closing and they were so busy there was a line out the door! Brian was the only one working. He was so helpful and patient. Not just today but every time I’m in there he has a smile on his face. Also, Carol who works there is awesome too! She personally called me when I couldn’t get my neighborhood mailbox open to tell me it had been fixed.

They marked a package as delivered to the front porch. We went out as soon as it was delivered, per our security system, no one actually came to the front door. When my husband called to clarify they said the driver may have marked them delivered early because someone was helping him. But when asked what we do about filling a claim through the insurance if they don't show up by next week, he was told that he couldn't file a claim because it was marked delivered.
