We ordered in the restaurant, the self checkout doesn’t take the rewards and neither did the staff members know how to do it. The work ethic absolutely sucks. When the drink Automat was empty and telling the worker about it, we got a ride and ignorant comment. There is absolutely no hygiene because hair all over the food. Wich I had to throw away. Touching the clothes and face and whatever without washing hands. The way the food got prepared just admitted the fact that no one wants to work there.. just disappointing. Won’t go there again…

Brand new Wendy's. It was super clean. Staff was very friendly. My custom order was 100% accurate. I enjoyed stopping there today.

This was probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My wife's sandwich was not a sandwich and when she called back to talk to the manager she got asked what we wanted them to do about it. How about a little common courtesy and some respect for one. Then maybe an apology and offer to fix the mistake

This was by far the worst fast food experience I have had. Pur community has been up in arms about this business and their HORRIBLE customer service and quality of food. They are convenient and close to the house - we hadn't had any bad experiences until we did - and it was BAD! They intentionally delayed my food and held the drive through line up so as to "show me who was in charge" heard this through their drive through window. The district manager finally reached out and disclosed extremely discouraging news about the most resent group of employees who had damaged people's food and their equipment - I am DONE with fast food. When the district manager ask you to be patient with them and disclose that the last group basically "spit" in our food for over a year? Yep, DONE!

The food was very good. Was very busy. Inside was pretty clean with all the customers coming and going. When I was there this time, they ran out of lettuce. The manager apologized for running out. He said he hadn't had time to go get more. Was a big craft fair going on around the area. The drive-through line was long when I got there.

Every time I have come here, I have to wait about 20-30 minutes just to get to the speaker, then have to wait another 10 minutes at the speaker after being told to hold. There are several reviews with the same issue and nothing has been done to fix this problem.

Seems to always be short staffed but have rocked it since they have opened. People have had the best customer service out of the other Wendy's in the area. Let's hear it for your closing crew!

The food is the normal Wendy’s food. The service is abysmal. It took me over 20 minutes for them to just take my order in the drive thru, and it wasn’t even crowded! As soon as someone pulled up to the drive thru, they would just say I’ll be with you in a moment, and come back like 5 minutes later. It’s really a shame, I probably won’t go to this one anymore as this has happened to me multiple times.

Food is normal, good Wendy's selection. Drive through is fine. Inside dining is horrible. At 9 in the morning, all tables were dirty, only one kiosk worked and it was filthy. Soda machine was dirty. Won't be back for inside dining.
