“My truck started spewing oil on the way to work one day and someone recommended I take it to Brocks. So I took it over there and the started on it the next day and had it done in two days. They are super great people and I am taking it back to have them do the brakes on it and another truck. Needless to say they have earned a customer and I highly recommend them.”

“This guy knows his stuff. He could have sold me a new transmission, but he spent time researching the issue, and determined it was a computer problem, and sent me to a nearby dealership. Turns out, my vehicle was under a recall. Nissan fixed the issue at no charge. Integrity, honesty, and a knowledgeable fellow. My Dad got a new transmission from him and completely respects this place. In a world where folks might take advantage, this place does honest business.”

“Josh and John in the tire and lube department do a wonderful job. As stressed as you can tell they are they still take care of the customer as best as they can. It’s a shame the store management won’t allocate more payroll to them so that they are not as short handed. Seems like they can eliminate 1-5 folks at the self checkout that sit there and get paid to look up from their phones to say have a nice day. This positive review is in no way a review of the store as a whole, just tire and lube.”
