MY Hometown Bank! 12 years and counting...I want to thank Bank OZK in Clinton for their continued support and dedication to my account year after year. Even as I move from state to state, Country to Country, and all the travels in-between, this team CARES about me. Ms. Jennifer Johnson is an exceptional employee who goes above and beyond all expectations in the name of customer service and mutual loyalty. It really means a lot to me, and my family to have a hometown bank that works hard to keep our needs (and wants! ;-)) in the highest regard. To Jennifer and Team OZK: Thank you for your years of service.

First I couldn’t register online for mobile banking. I had to call, have a form emailed to me, print it, fill it out, scan it and email it back. Then I just attempted to make a deposit and they decided they weren’t comfortable with accepting my check from progressive insurance. ????? They said I had to come in and show my ID to make the deposit. Luckily I didn’t throw the check away, and I’m not comfortable with their reasoning for not allowing me to make a mobile deposit. Why not just verify it with progressive? I will be closing my account. I made a mobile deposit with my other bank. They accepted the check immediately.I would like to add that this was all done online and not at this particular bank. This is the bank closest to my home.If you want to keep customers, treating them like criminals is not the way to do it.
