they need to check who works up at the front desk, definitely do not want a frizzled up rude karen to be the first person you'd want to be approached by at the dealership. absolutely disrespectful. you never know who you're speaking to. as an adult, you'd think they would know some common courtesy and learn some proper manners. would not recommend business here especially with two-face employee's.

Booked an oil change on line and when we arrived they didn’t have it their system. Also their computer system was down and they couldn’t schedule one. This is a worthless repair shop. Do business elsewhere

Purchased a preowned avenger told us nothing wrong with with it. Drove it for 3 months and it crapped out on us. Repairs more than vehicle was worth. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Theyre very fortunate this state doesn’t have lemon law.

This dealership operates with one person running parts and service. They have a couple undertrained technicians as well. I was quoted 1 hour labor on a job that book timed at .6 for a ECM programming. They couldn't program the ECM and told me the vehicle had a bad fuse block. I said than why does the vehicle run fine with the factory ECM? Brought it to them to show them. Guess what? It ran just fine when switched out. Tech told me he jumped fuel pump relay. He wasn't given permission to do anything other than program the ECM. Got a $400 plus dollar labor bill. Ordered a factory ECM from them for $620 more and had it programmed. Now vehicle has fuel pump problems it didn't have before taking to them. I'm a factory master GM, Ford, Toyota technician with 28 years in the field. I have never seen a worse dealership setup in my life. Don't know about their sales department but good luck with service work. Make sure you tell them it's not a open bank account they're working with. Tell them to call you before performing any unauthorized labor operations.

Didn't encounter a single pushy salesman and that says a lot to me. Very laid back environment and friendly helpful people. Straight to the point and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend.

Was 3 hrs from home when my car broke down. Only place in clinton arkansas that would get my car in same day. Came in under estimated cost. Very friendly staff. Had me back on the road quickly. Thanks Joe lee chevrolet!!

I do not give car dealers 5 stars, but with that being said this is the BEST dealership I have ever bought a new car from, and I and 55 years old with many new cars purchases under my belt, my sales man "Mat" was wonderful, polite not pushy at all. Ordered exactly what I wated at a great price, was very generous with my trade in (above Kelly blue book). Was very fast with the paper work and did not try to sell me a bunch of extra warranty BS. BRST CHEVROLET dealership around!!!! If you live far away worth the drive

Been buying here for 3 generations. Always honest and has always been there when we needed them for repair or a newer vehicle. It is a great experience to deal with the same salesman, service man and finance man over and over to the point you feel like they are family.
