This review reflects my experience w/ O'Reilly corporate, NOT the folks at the store. O'Reilly supplied my mechanic with TWO sets of defective parts for the front-end repair for my SUV, and my garage eventually was forced to buy Nissan OEM parts for the repair. Some of their parts are NOT made to spec and are of low quality.

The young man, mason, that works at this location was the best help. On the way to texas my husbands alternator went out and mason went through the upmost customer service to help with what he could while we were changing it out in the parking lot. Thank you, mason! Great job! -Tore Lake

Jacob was helpful after we got a check engine light while on vacation. Ran the code (standard policy, which I appreciate Oreilly having) and suggested a couple of places that we could go to have it looked at
