Hannah was so awesome. We sat down with her to get everything set up for my new phone and she really made it happen for us. She took the time to help us get everything sorted out and made the whole process easy and literally pain free.
If you go to the Verizon store in Clinton, definitely ask for Hannah.

Silas fixed my problem all while working solo on a Saturday. It was very busy. He handled it well and handled the customers quickly. I had been talking with customer service for days with no solution. He fixed my problem promptly while helping others. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite.
