Yes I went through the process online then went to the store to finish the process which was all in the same day.it was on a Tuesday and I was told after I payed the amount it will be delivered Thursday.i called Wednesday to be updated which they confirmed then Thursday which is today I called and then I was told did I receive a call to me verifying my item would be delivered and I said no then they said well your not getting a delivery.i said how and he stated your not even in our system and when I was talking he just hung.i called back and he stated he couldn’t verify my information so they denied it and hung up again..VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE..FXCK Aaron’s got to Rent A center!!!

I've purchased a set of bunk-beds, TV stand, and a very NICE stove from them. Im very pleased. They are on the pricer side but I think that's an understandable compromise for a doable payment plan. Also if I was a little late they would work with me but I still had to pay a late fee. All in all great experience and I would likely buy from them again.

Told my bf he could pickup our item that was supposed to be delivered a week and a half ago told us that "it just slipped through the cracks" well whenever he went to pick it up the guy was being super rude (it was not Kip, Kip has always been great) but this experience made me not want to purchase here again and I've moved to rent a center

Overall, Aaron's been pretty good to me. The pricing is reasonable and fair. Whenever I move to a new place while leasing, they move my furniture or appliances to that destination. Plus whenever I need to pay on a different date, Aaron compliments that.

Got new HP laptop. Awesome, great deal too. Nice store good folks. Was not too long even if you have put all your info on web site, but you still have to feel out paperwork to. He are sales man was very thero.

Hmmm..where do I start ? Delivery guys broke the furniture they delivered. I have it on time and date stamped camera. They will contact family members 1600 miles away and harass them non stop ( illegal ). They will also contact your children during school hours looking for payment ( illegal ). When you call the billing department manager, he will get ghetto with you and then hang up on you. You call back and no one has heard of him. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I don't know how these clowns keep their jobs. This place is a joke.
