After a few years of living away due to a separate reason I came back three years later. The new staff are super friendly, and flexible and helpful.

The maintenance team Nick and Tim are good to get the job done. They have a good response time.

The edge values community. They host events throughout the month to encourage campus engagement.

The apartment complex is separate from the school at UCA but it is a good student home away from home, and for those recent grads who need a place to stay the edge is a great place to stay.

During my previous times staying here I took advantage of the biking trails near UCA.

It’s in the heart of Conway, so it is close to everything which is nice.

The biggest benefit is that the starter home requires roommates and they do separate leases.

The residents don’t need a roommate to move in. Residents can move in without the hassle of finding a roommate to move in with them. All they have to do is show up and sign that lease!”

“I love living here it's quiet and peaceful the staff is wonderful to me they fix whatever you report. The rent is reasonable.
If you coming getting loud and keeping up trouble they will call the police.
But I love it here.”
