My ARcare Conway experience has been awful. Today they cancelled my appointment for the 2nd time in a row because the doctor is sick. No phone call today, they just let me show up and then told me it was cancelled. If you take medication such às Wellbutrin, they will make you schedule a separate appointment with their 'mental health team' and charge your insurance for 2 different appointments. This is a bare bones, state run clinic and it is highly disorganized and cantankerous. Save yourself a big hassle and go to any other clinic. The front desk employees do not even look up from their phones and you have to walk around and knock on the window. Absolutely clueless, these space cadets.

Do not go here! They do not care about you or you're health they only care about the paycheck they couldn't even inform me my doctor wasn't going to be in the office and then they gave me the wrong appointment date for my liver ultrasound they need to be shut down

So happy to see that ARcare Conway had incorporated top notch clinical research services into its practice! The ARcare Center for Clinical Research powered by ObjectiveHealth provides clinical trials for NASH, metabolic disorders, and more, as an added value to its patients. An awesome option, for which patients can get some FREE medical tests and even get paid to participate! I highly recommend talking to your doctor about it.

Run away fast!! This place and these people could care less about your health. I went 9 days without my meds which put me in a very dangerous situation. They could easily kill you with their inability to do their job. Run away.

Rude front desk workers. Drove there for an appointment at 4, and had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room just to find out they couldn’t do my bloodwork. Don’t go here they will waste your time.

Not a very good place to go they don't call for appointment they haven't draw blood from me in 2 years this place needs to be shut down every time I have a problem the damn doctor sends me the Little Rock never in Conway and they discriminate then they send me to the emergency room for nothing that cost me $100 and $10 to catch a cab back to pick up my car

Beth is great but I've had to switch to a different doctor's office just because of the front office staff. Can't get anyone to answer the phone and if you do get them to answer they act as though you're bothering them. I've even had my pharmacy call me and tell me they couldn't get an answer from them.
