I have had a DBA for several months. I recently updated my business account to an LLC on October 19, 2023 at 1:30PM. I did have several questions which were answered. I asked for (4) sheets of temporary checks as a just in case. I was notified that would be $1 per sheet, but they would not charge me this time. I took out $4.00 to pay for the checks. Wow. A whole business account and your concern was $4.00. Michelle O'Conner

Went in for a new card and they cancelled cards on my account without my permission after I explained I had automatic withdraws attached to them. I understand banks have policy’s but they need to be explained to customers before staff making changes to accounts without permission to do so. Been banking with Arvest for over 15 years and they lost a customer based on this and other experiences I have had recently.

Occured years ago, but still find it important to notify people. While joining the military, financial times were tough. Found myself frequently between $18-$25 in my account. While holding that amount in the positive, Arvest would blindside me with a random, sudden overdraft charge of $25 putting me in the negative, at which time they would charge another $25. When I called to find out what happened, they said a charge for $25 was made. I explained it was their charge, and their only option for me was "get paid and bring it back in the positive". When the phone call ended, about an hour later, they charged me another $25, putting me around $60 in the negative. The whole time I never spent a penny beyond my positive holding. This has ruined my trust with Arvest. While they may have fixed their issues, I advise everyone to use caution with this bank. They seemingly do what they can to screw their customers and give them the middle finger when called out.

Poor service. Legal department is a mess. Followed their directions for a power of attorney and each time I completed the paperwork the next legal team member changed it back. Not allowed to talk to the legal team and neither was the bank representative. The bank representative was very nice and tried to be helpful but we're also frustrated by the legal team and unable to speak with them except through texts/emails. Very poor customer service. Switching banks as fast as possible

The lady who was assigned me to me to close and reopen an account was very rude and aggressive towards me. She did not want to listen to anything I had to say. My bank account got hacked and I told her that and she got extremely rude with me and did not believe anything I had to say. Do not come to this arvest. Very rude and Very inconsiderate.

The “live tellers” that Arvest provides at this location are a great service. Easy to use, efficient, and they offer extended hours. After one use, I was very comfortable with the whole process. The tellers are friendly and have been able to handle any of my requests.

Now that I've gotten used to it after a few tries I really like it you can either use live help or you can use it like a normal ATM and make your withdrawals excellent service very helpful and I like that fact that when you get cash back that it breaks the bills down and gives you change a real Plus highly recommended an excellent addition to their services

Opened a checking account on the 10th of Feb. As of Feb 19th still waiting on a debit card in the mail to actually be able to use the money I put in my account.This would be okay 15 years ago, but everything is done online or through mobile payment now. You would think they would have digital online cards or temporary ones until the real one comes in or at least have rush shipping on them. Why make your customer wait a week and a half to be able to use the checking account they opened?If I can order an Amazon package and have it be delivered the next day, I should be able to open an account and have a card within 3 days…

Don’t expect to be able to walk into the lobby to do any type of business. Either they don’t staff their location or they are too lazy to work.

HORRIBLE bank. I just had brain surgery and have had nothing but trouble from this bank off College/Salem from KRISTEN!!!! You guys have horrible customer service.
