The manager here is the absolute worst. Won’t do anything to help you. Called and asked for help and was told “don’t come here”. Went to another location in town and that manager was extremely disappointed to hear it but happy to help. Also said they were not surprised this manager refused to help me. Go ANYWHERE but this location.

The Workers are GREAT but AT&T is a HUGE FAILURE! ! I went in for an Upgrade paid off what was left on my phone and it kept giving an Error message and they couldn't clear it, called AT&T billing and AT&T COULDN'T DO ANYTHING! ! UNBELIEVABLE! !! Went in twice over a two week period. You would Think in two weeks they could DO SOMETHING in their Billing Department! ! That's what happens when you DON'T NEED CUSTOMERS!!!
Want to add once AGAIN, Not the Fault of the Store or their Workers of Manager!!! AT& T the Company has set their people up for FAILURE! !!
