I had to drop my car off during the holidays and they were so friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to get my car fixed through another party’s insurance. Even buffing my other headlight when they replaced my broken one. And a free drink card to Doc’s when I picked my car up!! Would totally recommend this place if you need to get your car fixed!”

“Top tier service! I was going through an insurance claim nightmare until Pro Auto stepped in. The owner heard about what I was going through, so he invited me down to the shop for a personal walkthrough to help assuage the situation and actually let me know what was going on with my car. It was the first relief I felt over what had already been a month long process! I was contacted personally every few days with repair updates as the proper parts came in and the repairs were performed. These are some really great people! They even offered to redo my hood (previous owner did a botched job of coating it, and it looked rough), and I can honestly say I got my car back looking better than when I bought it! “I hit a deer in my truck so we took it to DJ’s for the repair. I was able to file my insurance claim online. DJ’s Body Shop is listed as a preferred provider through my insurance company’s (State Farm) website. I got my truck back and it looks fantastic. The entire experience was awesome. DJ’s handled everything, I never even had to speak with a claims representative. The body shop got my truck in quickly, communicated with me the entire time, and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. This is the only body shop my family will use!”

“I took my car in for front end repair on Monday and picked it up today, Friday. The service has been excellent. The estimate I was given was right on except for an important part that was found to be needed after inspection on Monday. The car probably would have been completed earlier if they didn't have to wait for the part. They got the part in today and put it all back together before noon! It looks great and I couldn't believe that they detailed the car inside and out!! I can honestly say that this has been the best collision repair shop I've experienced. And I'm 67. “Often times there's stress involved when getting repairs done to your vehicle whether it be mechanical or body work. But I can honestly say that the people at Gault Paint & Body made sure the effort was there to ease any of that stress! I was told "We're going to take care of you" and that's exactly what they did! “I needed to know how to paint plastic, and what I needed to do it with. Brian (or Bryan, not sure which) told me in detail how to do it. He also researched the various products to find the one that would work best for my application. He then figured out how much I needed, and matched the paint perfectly. It was way better service than I was expecting!”
“Todd was my service advisor and he was great and easy to work with. Only reason they do not get 5 stars from me is because I had to talk to a call center to schedule an appointment when I really wanted to speak to an advisor. One reason for wanting to speak to an advisor is because I received a letter that my truck had a recall and I wanted to know how long that would take. The call center lady looked at my VIN # and said that I did not have a recall on my truck. After getting to the dealership, I did in fact have a recall. So, in my opinion, the call center is a worthless customer service tool. But the actual interaction at the dealership for a service, tire rotation, and recall was a good experience. However, they need to get more comfortable chairs in the waiting area.”
