“Reverse Collision was SO AMAZING! They’re so friendly, responsible and understanding! Great customer service and relatable! I had to drop my car off during the holidays and they were so friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to get my car fixed through another party’s insurance. Even buffing my other headlight when they replaced my broken one. And a free drink card to Doc’s when I picked my car up!! Would totally recommend this place if you need to get your car fixed!”

“Top tier service! I was going through an insurance claim nightmare until Pro Auto stepped in. The owner heard about what I was going through, so he invited me down to the shop for a personal walkthrough to help assuage the situation and actually let me know what was going on with my car. It was the first relief I felt over what had already been a month long process! I was contacted personally every few days with repair updates as the proper parts came in and the repairs were performed. These are some really great people! They even offered to redo my hood (previous owner did a botched job of coating it, and it looked rough), and I can honestly say I got my car back looking better than when I bought it! DJ’s Body Shop is listed as a preferred provider through my insurance company’s (State Farm) website. I got my truck back and it looks fantastic. The entire experience was awesome. DJ’s handled everything, I never even had to speak with a claims representative. The body shop got my truck in quickly, communicated with me the entire time, and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. This is the only body shop my family will use!”

“I just want to give a shoutout to Tye, he is a great guy, i was in town with my sister when her car started acting up and so this was the closest auto store at the time. We went in and Tye was very helpful, professional, and friendly, he helped use with the car code diagnostics and also took a look under the hood to show us the actual part of the vehicle acting up. He helped us get it figured on what parts to order and what needs to be fixed, 10/10 service, definitely recommend”

He also researched the various products to find the one that would work best for my application. He then figured out how much I needed, and matched the paint perfectly. It was way better service than I was expecting!”

“Todd was my service advisor and he was great and easy to work with. Only reason they do not get 5 stars from me is because I had to talk to a call center to schedule an appointment when I really wanted to speak to an advisor. One reason for wanting to speak to an advisor is because I received a letter that my truck had a recall and I wanted to know how long that would take. The call center lady looked at my VIN # and said that I did not have a recall on my truck. After getting to the dealership, I did in fact have a recall. So, in my opinion, the call center is a worthless customer service tool. But the actual interaction at the dealership for a service, tire rotation, and recall was a good experience. However, they need to get more comfortable chairs in the waiting area.”
