βI cannot describe how great Toyota was for me! I had the pleasure of working with Josh Pearrow! Josh was knowledgeable, kind, and easy-going. He helped me find the perfect car within my budget range that was simple and answered all my boring questions! (I'm not much of a car person LOL). He was very patient with me, and his team helped me understand what I was doing βsigning, looking at, financing, etc.β as a first-time buyer! βTop notch service, 10/5 !!! My little Altima was hit severely by a hail storm in May, and Greg promise he could make my car look brand new again. He did not break his promise! The exterior looks like it rolled off the dealership, reborn even! The hood, door panels, trunk, roof, and every dinged up part returned back to brand new. A huge bonus is that he returned the vehicle clean, smelling good, and shining! I greatly appreciate your work Greg, and highly recommend you let Dent Masters of Arkansas take care of your ride! βNathan stayed late i mean two hours late, helped us in every way, answered all our questions, explained everything in the warrenty, let us inspect the truck for an hour before we decided to buy, then when we were about to leave he filled the truck up with gas so we could make it home without having to stop anywhere!

I need to add, we took the truck home and the next morning there was a problem with the heat. We called and Nathan WITHOUT hesitation said to bring it back and they would fix it and make it right! If I could give more than βββββ I would! Wonderful customer service and just great all around. Will buy from them again!β
βI came to Halter's to get an estimate on damage to the bottom of my car. Instead of giving me a just an estimate, they found the problem and fixed it on the spot. I am so thankful for the kindness and care that they provided and my car is good as new! I highly recommend them as more than just a great body shop but also great people!β
βJeff was very friendly. Kept me informed all along the way. And, most importantly, I didn't feel like he was asking me to fix anything that didn't need to be fixed. The pricing was good, and he was done quite quickly.β
βTop tier service! I was going through an insurance claim nightmare until Pro Auto stepped in. The owner heard about what I was going through, so he invited me down to the shop for a personal walkthrough to help assuage the situation and actually let me know what was going on with my car. It was the first relief I felt over what had already been a month long process! I was contacted personally every few days with repair updates as the proper parts came in and the repairs were performed. These are some really great people! They even offered to redo my hood (previous owner did a botched job of coating it, and it looked rough), and I can honestly say I got my car back looking better than when I bought it! Thank yβall so much, and I hope this review helps a wonderful business get more soon-to-be happy customers!β

βHad a 7:30 am appointment to change oil, oil filter, fuel filter and rotate tires on my RAM 2500. Brought my own oil, oil filter & fuel filter. Job was complete before 9 am. Luyet Automotive is very responsive and does excellent work.β
βI hit a deer in my truck so we took it to DJβs for the repair. I was able to file my insurance claim online. DJβs Body Shop is listed as a preferred provider through my insurance companyβs (State Farm) website. I got my truck back and it looks fantastic. The entire experience was awesome. DJβs handled everything, I never even had to speak with a claims representative. The body shop got my truck in quickly, communicated with me the entire time, and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. This is the only body shop my family will use!β

βI was literally shocked at the quick service. Needed to confirm a slow leak in tire and within a minute he showed me. Quoted price for used/new tires and honored what he said. They kindly replaced my spare and screwed it back in. No more than 30 minutes. I'd go back. Thanks!!!β

As a single female with no mechanical experience, I looked for a dependable and honest mechanic who would not play me for a fool like many others have tried to, and this is why I keep on coming back. βI wanna give a big shout out to this shop they helped me me out two days ago was making my trip home from Florida aNd had a blow out on the higway purchased tires from tractor supply and they switch out the tires and put them on the rims that go on the trailer i was hauling they didnt charge me a dime and was able to relax in there comfortable waiting room 5 stars for the best shop in town if im ever in town again definitely gonna stop by and thank the guys who heped me get home safely.β
