2895 Dave Ward Dr, Conway AR 72034
“My husband and I had our first encounter with AFCU this last Friday. We dealt with Kylea and she was amazing. We signed loan papers and Kylea was very thorough, slow talking for explanation, waited for us to understand before moving on, and all around just a great personality. We were greeted with friendly employees when we arrived in the branch and we were left with nice words on the way out of the branch. Such a great experience and pleasant employees! They all need to be treated to a 7 brew drink!”

“I had a lot of questions when I went into the Greenbrier branch today, and Lexy was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about all the products. She even suggested another product for my son, who needs to build credit since he just turned 18. I always love going to First Service because everyone is so kind. Lexy went above and beyond today. She made everything so easy. This bank is top notch, and so are their employees. I feel like they really care about each person who walks in and drives through. It is a special bank with a kind heart. Thanks, Lexy!!”

“At a time of uncertain times and businesses suffering - Dawn at First Service Bank took excellent care of me and my business YGFBFKitchen Mobile Food & Catering LLC. I applied with my current bank for the PPP program through the SBA and I heard crickets! Saw an ad on Facebook that First Service Bank was helping members and non-members secure funding I quickly contacted the bank. They answered and was very polite! The rep transferred me to Dawn and she quickly went to action. She took all my information and when the time came for my information to be submitted she quickly acted. It is such a scary time for small businesses and with big banks only focusing on bigger small businesses - I am so appreciative and grateful Dawn at First Service Bank was there to help me try to get back to normal! Im so pleased at how they treated me as a non member that I will definitely be transferring all my business over to First Service Bank!”

“They were extremely helpful as soon as they opened! Ashley at the front desk got us our money so fast, and immediately accommodated us by getting another staff member to answer our auto loan questions. This other staff member (she had a blue top, glasses, shoulder length blonde hair) was amazingly helpful and answered all our questions thoroughly. She walked us through a detailed process of it all without us even having to ask!! They both deserve great reviews. Thank you!”

“After a lot of research and dealing with other banks I decided to try TruService Community Federal and it was such a good experience from my account openings to the incredible services they offer. They have such a wide range of financial products that many bigger banks do not offer and the service is fast courteous and professional.Their staff is helpful and kind and I really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to help me. I have a feeling I will be moving more accounts and family over to TruService and if you need a credit card or loan or new account give them a try, I am really glad I did.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Holly Counts from the Arvest customer service hotline, and I cannot say enough good things about her. From the moment she answered the call, she was kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. she took the time to listen, understand my situation, and made sure everything was handled correctly. She explained things clearly, stayed professional the entire time, and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way she did. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Holly truly stands out. She turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive experience. Arvest is lucky to have her. She is a valuable asset to the team !! -Samantha stevens”
