Purchased items here often. Went there in December purchased a couple things that didn't work out. They said I have 30 days to return...came in with 3 days remaining to return. They won't take it back and give me a refund because now they are closing. That's not very good customer service...what didn't you tell me that 27 days ago 2hen you said I could return items for up to 30 days.....?

Trying to call the store but can not get through to anyone... Wondering if any keys have been turned in, after visiting the store I have lost a set of keys.

We have found some really great deals here. Most of the stuff they get is discontinued items from other stores so if you find a good deal here you'd better grab it or it'll be gone later.

Super fun to look through and lots of options I just wish sometimes they would take things out of taped up cardboard boxes without any pictures on it so you could see what you are buying

It's like a scratch and dent store, every time I go in there I found something that is a lot cheaper than a regular store the last time I went they had Oreo double stuffed individual packs of cookies for $0.75. whenever we're in Conway we always visit it to see what goodies we can find

It was my very first time here….
Thoughts on store: there is great finds, unfortunately i could not buy due to harassment. The store is not clean it is a bit messy, with things on the floor in some aisles. There is torn boxes everywhere, box cutters, and scissors at children’s eye level.. Store can be very loud when multiple workers are using palate jacks. People will go to the clearance section in the back of the store and take out items from boxes and throw it back wherever they find like they do at bargain brothers.
Problems I encountered: (1) there was a couple of teen boys (maybe they were young adults) destroying store items, they were loud in laughter, and not once did a worker address the ruckus. Multiple of them (workers) pass by not caring about the destruction they made in one of the aisles near the toy section. ??♀️
Problem (2) my 3 year old daughter was super upset that i would not let her walk around the store as i noticed certain safety hazards that could jeopardize her safety like the adult scissors, the torn boxes thrown on the floor, and the boys who were destroying store items. I instead put her in the cart. She cried. Im unsure how you can tell a small child an adult thought to help them understand especially when she is feeling BIG feelings. My husband went to find paper towels to clean her face from her tears. While doing so i stopped at an aisle in attempt to soothe her but she wasn't having it. The cashier for the day (April 28,2024 a blonde middle age woman) came and passed by only addressing my child if she was ok. But what was upsetting me was not that she only addressed my child but she laughed about my daughters cry. Finally my husband came back to clean her tears. The cashier came back lurking behind the aisle we were in. And she asked if there was a problem she also asked if my daughter was ok. I replied yes she is ok. This woman who must not be parent or probably doesn't understand a fierce toddler. Went on to say that she had been crying for 10 minutes, that they are not that kind of store (whatever that means), and to handle the problem. This forced us to leave un-purchased deals behind because of her threats.
I believe this woman was unprofessional & could’ve handle the situation way differently.
I wonder to myself why didn't she address the boys who were destroying store items and were just as loud..
Why didn't she address her coworkers who most of them using palate jacks that were just as loud?
Why did she not turn off the radio music that was on in the store, if noise is an issue?
And honestly kids cry, especially ones who can not convey their feelings just yet! ??♀️
I wonder how she acts with babies who cry in this store.? maybe it’s also not baby friendly. Since babies cry too. ??♀️
I truly wish this store was much more diverse in their employees.
As we were the only people of color in the store. Maybe i wouldn't think this was a racist act.

Asked to leave the store because my child was crying. Was told we are not that kind of store. What kind of store doesn't want children to be with their parents. Very poor first time and last time for me and my family.
